furnace repair installed a system in my new home recently. this is just the latest of many positive experiences i've had with them over the years. i've also hired them for my mother's annual hvac maintenance. the system is performing wonderfully. the inspector was really impressed with the quality of the installation and the care taken with both the system and the ductwork. this company delivers excellent work, clear and honest proposals, and outstanding customer service. i highly recommend them for all your hvac needs.

I discovered Wesley from Furnace Repair via a Google search and the reviews seemed promising, so I decided to give him a call. Prior to reaching out to Wesley, I had contacted a couple of large HVAC firms, as I had received promotional postcards from them just before my furnace started having issues. One service provider was available after 4 weeks, the other after 3 weeks. I've previously had unsatisfactory experiences with large advertising companies, so I was relieved that they were both booked up, leading me to discover Wesley. He promptly arrived at my Los Angeles home and identified the issue - a leaking coil on our furnace. Wesley suggested various solutions at different price points, steering us away from the most costly option, which was a full replacement. Given the age of our furnace, the coil was small and simply replacing wasn't an option. It would necessitate a new furnace and reconfiguring the ductwork to fit the larger coil. Wesley could have insisted on that or only offered that as the solution but instead recommended merely replacing the coil, which was significantly less expensive. From previous dealings, I anticipate that the larger companies would have suggested a full replacement. So, Wesley could have suggested a more extensive job but he repaired what we had for much less. He is extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and timely, and his rates are reasonable. I highly endorse Wesley for any furnace repair needs.

Penning this review on behalf of my elderly mom, who reached out to a furnace repair company when her furnace started malfunctioning just before the holiday season. Caleb picked up the call promptly and was incredibly supportive, arranging for a technician to visit the same day. As assured, the technician, Luke, showed up. He was courteous and professional, taking the time to explain each step of the repair process so my mom could understand. He was patient and gentle with her, promptly resolving the issue (a furnace error code indicating ignition failure). Since then, the furnace has been working perfectly. The next day, Caleb checked in to ensure everything was still in order and working as it should be - a thoughtful touch that isn't common with most companies, but was certainly appreciated!
