I hired them to handle electrical work on a 4-unit building with AC unit problems. The service technician was prompt and did a good job on accessible units during the first visit. When I had issues again, he returned quickly and professionally interacted with tenants. He explained what he was doing and fixed the problems. Another plus is the office staff member handling calls, who efficiently coordinated tech arrival times. Overall, this company has a solid team - I'll continue recommending Grand Heating and Air.
