Showed up to discuss Zehnder ERV installation but ended up discussing Mitsubishi mini splits instead. His ideas were somewhat disjointed, but I still considered his proposal. Weeks later, I haven't heard back. Meanwhile, another technician is completing the job exactly as I wanted, making the quote unnecessary.

Stay away from this contractor. They only mentioned a service fee when it was too late to back out. When we refused to pay, the technician became aggressive and deliberately damaged our AC unit. We had to call another repairman to fix it, which added $150 to the bill. Several family members have also had disastrous experiences with this individual. His repairs are cheap fixes that don't last, causing more problems down the line. It's clear he's only in it for the money and doesn't care about quality workmanship.
