We had a disappointing experience with this company. The initial appointment was set for December 27th, but we didn't get notified that they were running behind schedule until it was almost time. We waited around until 4:50 PM, getting anxious and frustrated as the sun started to set. Eventually, they rescheduled for the following Thursday, promising an earlier slot. However, on January 3rd, we wasted another whole day waiting for a call from the technician. It's unacceptable that we didn't receive any communication before their arrival time, making us feel ignored. Overall, our experience was unimpressive and left a sour taste.

These guys installed our original unit, claiming it would be more efficient. Instead, we're paying higher electricity bills. Now the unit's broken and they've slapped a $150 minimum service fee just to drive from Lima. Their office staff was dismissive on the phone, even hanging up when I asked about the charge. Needless to say, we won't be using them for repairs or installations elsewhere.
