In Los Angeles, the job was done in the eastern part of town. Troy, our AC repair tech, was exceptionally professional and genuinely upfront throughout. When we needed emergency after-hours service, we expected a premium rate, which is reasonable, but weren't overcharged. Other companies would have likely doubled the bill. We'd definitely use their services again.
