I looked long and hard for a reputable company to clean our kitchen exhaust hood (which like most everyone's, has never been professionally cleaned). I could not have been happier with the results. Keith and his team were on time, carefully protected all vulnerable areas, and did a thorough job cleaning the hood while removing and carefully cleaning each of the four fans and motor assemblies. Simply a great experience.

From start to finish, Hugo and his team did an EXCELLENT job cleaning our ducts and servicing our AC units. They were immaculate and took great care to cover furniture with plastic that might have gotten a little dirty. None did. Hugo was polite, kind and considerate. I will not hesitate to use them again. I was referred Professional Duct Cleaning from one of our hvac companies. Contacted Valeria in the office and she assisted by swiftly scheduling the duct cleaning and efficiently communicated once the work was completed. I am more than happy with the service they provided!

I had prof. duct cleaning co out to clean the original range hood in my 1950's home. The range hood hadn't been cleaned in at least 10 years but likely far longer and it was totally ineffective at removing cooking smells from the house.

They came out in the morning and were super quiet in the house so as not to wake a late sleeper. The team showed me the fans before cleaning and they were completely clogged with grease. They went to work cleaning and got them looking like new. The fan is quieter now and works great at clearing out smells while cooking. I also had them clean out our dryer vent which was totally clogged.

I was initially a bit shocked by the price but figured if it saved us from having to replace the range hood it would be worth it. After having the service completed I totally understand why the price is what it is. They had a full team working for several hours and they worked clean and efficiently.

I called to schedule a dryer vent cleaning service, and the communication and scheduling were all handled professionally and efficiently. However, toward the end of the call, the person on the phone asked if I was married. I asked why that was relevant to the appointment, and she said "we require both you and your wife to be there at the time of the appointment to make the decision." I told her that question was wildly inappropriate and, also not how any business I've encountered has ever conducted themselves (nor is there a law requiring the consent of both spouses to proceed with home services). She tried to skip past the question and say it was fine if I didn't want to respond, but I told her that a private company inquiring about the marital status of customers is deeply weird and to cancel my appointment. They may do great work, but I think people should know they want more info than your standard vent cleaning company. Maybe time to rethink that policy.

EDIT: The owner himself called me to address this review and my experience. It was explained that this question about marital status is supposed to only be asked for home renovation projects involving major house changes/construction, and should not be asked for standard services. However, it seems he uses a 3rd party service/outsources these scheduling phone calls, and that service clearly does not know how to follow protocol. I appreciated his calling and talking me through it (it is clear he values a positive experience for his clients) and I expressed that clearly some work needs to be done to make sure more negative customer service experiences don’t continue. As a courtesy for him reaching out and wanting to address the matter, I have revised my score from a 2-star to a 3-star.

I made a duct cleaning with this company on 10/26. But universal heating came. I don’t know how these two companies are related, I paid a 10% deposit for duct cleaning. 10/27 noon was scheduled, but nobody showed up. I called a few times to complain . Then, I rescheduled it on 10/28. Then nobody showed up again. I called a few times to ask what’s going on,. Don’t rely on their schedule. I will never use these companies
