Our initial HVAC specialist, Pedro, was thorough in his assessment, taking the time to explain each component of the system and providing visual aids when needed. He presented various options but ultimately recommended replacing the entire unit due to its age and condition. Pedro's flexibility allowed him to visit our location on short notice, and just two days later, he installed the new system. The total bill came out to $8,500, which included a 10-year parts warranty and protection package.
