I had to do a deep clean for an apartment before I moved in. They showed up the very next morning and made it look spotless/brand new.!!!! Great service and great professionalism. Highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying this guy a a real scumbag! Started off by giving me a quote and when I agreed to it and went into detail about what i needed and he jacked the price up. I needed it done so i agreed to the price which was high and we shook hands and he then called me back and said he couldn't do it. Gave me no reasonable explanation and wasted my time. I wouldnt trust this guy or his crew in any business. Just felt i should give people a heads up.

We hired Harry's Janitor Service to deep clean our home that was remodeled and needed a full deep construction cleaning.

We walked through the job-site with Harry who assured us all dust would be removed, stains on floor would be removed, bathrooms and tiles would be cleaned, free of dust and overall, the home would be deep cleaned and move-in-ready once they are finished! My husband has extreme allergies to dust and we were assured the house would be spotless of dust!

We definitely did not receive that! We received minimal cleaning and lack to detail and attention when it comes to cleaning a construction site.

Many areas were missed that we discussed. The crew was about the leave but floors were not cleaned, areas were left untouched and dust was on baseboards, window sills, and door frames. The next day, we noticed even more problems - appliances were not cleaned, areas in the kitchen were not touched and trash was left.

After expressing our dissatisfaction Harry sent only one person from his team to clean up and fix the problemed areas , but there was way too much work for one person to do, that it was a complete joke. I actually felt bad for his one associate to do all the missed work. I had his associate just focus on a few of the missed areas because it was not fair to send just one person to do an entire house!

If you're looking for a quick and basic cleaning this company could be a great option but nothing more than that!

A company should it promise that they are capable of doing something, when they cannot provide. And after expressing our dissatisfaction, we are now being ignored, so there is lack of accountability and lack of customer service.
