I contacted the company and dealt with Michael Kienzl with regard to issues I am experiencing with my current cupboards He was very helpful and knowledgeable as to what the issues would be and why they were caused. The response time was very quick and the information he provided will be of great use to me. Even though I live far away and could not use his services he was still willing to assist me with my questions to point me in the right direction. It was very much appreciated.

shopping around for kitchen and bathroom could be a mission after seeing several places and comparing quotes i decided to go with Bradco Kitchen & Bath they had a great vibe from the beginning they listen to all my needs and the quality of their products and services is by far the best i came across

If I could give them a zero in customer service I would. In the beginning their great friendly and returning calls. But wait till you need service from them after the installation. They suddenly don't remember who you are, what you ordered or even if they ever worked with you. Never again. . . I have complained to my contractor who is also very unhappy.

They delivered gorgeous kitchen cabinets and constructed a beautiful bathroom addition as promised. My wife was impressed by their attention to our detailed design and I was happy to see old fashioned work ethic in action. Keep up the good work!

Bradco Kitchens has provided us with so many headaches and heartaches in our kitchen remodel. The staff are only willing to help you till you pay for the cabinets, after that customer service is nil!!!! In fact, my sales girl actually said "that my cabinets by generations were NOT custom cabinets" and therefore did not need to fit into the kitchen. She also said "you get what you paid for" and what I paid was 11,000 dollars, but I guess that is not a big amount for this salewoman as she scoffed at me on the phone. My cabinets did not fit into the kitchen and we had to rip out several of the backs of these cabinets in order to make our appliances fit. In one area, I actually had to pay my contractor extra to rip out all the drywall in order for the cabinet to fit. I told them to please come over and give me one hour of time to figure out what was wrong with the way they designed the kitchen and they have yet to respond, one month later. I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS!!! THINK ABOUT IT TWICE!!!

Waste of time. Im a new home owner and just wanted to replace the countertops in my kitchen. The design is fine. I called to get some info as ive never had to purchase countertops before, they were already very secretive about pricing. They said i could come in and see whats available. After asking some questions the sales person left and came back and asked if i got my cabinets from them, i didnt as the last owners of the house got what ever they wanted and i didnt want to replace the cabinets. I was then told they wouldnt sell to me since they werent the ones who built the kitchen..... Apparently they only do full kitchen remodels and not just updates like replacing countertops. Full waste of time.

Upon arriving at Bradco Kitchens / Baths, I was greeted by Angela and Michael, the owners. I’ve explained to them that I needed to locate this specific cabinet hinge, and I had a hard time getting help from Home Depot and Lowe’s. The couple listened to me with care, and then they went out of their way to research and locate this particular hinge.
I thought that these days, business owners are too busy doing more important stuff, and not worry too much on menial task.
I was wrong...
Imagine, when the owners really care about small stuff, how wonderfully caring and apply themselves on their professional projects!!!

Bradco Kitchens and Baths designed and installed my kitchen when their original showroom was located on Pico Blvd. Needing a repair I called upon them and the Manager Charlie was able to research the cabinet, sink and dishwasher parts by e.mailing the pictures and model numbers.
The Job was completed with precision,
the installer covered all areas so no dust or dirt remained for cleanup. I was extremely happy that Bradco was able to accommodate, usually they handle bigger projects, the installer did an amazing job and wore a mask throughout the duration of the appointment.

Bradco is a great company to work with for kitchen design, build and installation! Their prices are competitive and they are easy to work with. We recently had an issue with a plumber who damaged some drawer hardware in a rental unit, and even though we were past the warranty period, Bradco was happy to come out to do the repair for us free of charge. We look forward to working with them on future projects!

Michael and the team at Bradco are exceptional. As a professional interior designer, I prefer to work only with companies who value quality, are experts in their field and are easy to work with. Five stars on all points to Bradco!

We did a full Kitchen remodel with Bradco back in 2012. Recently one of the hinges broke. I looked everywhere for an exact replacement with no luck, it had an embossed logo but no name. The manufacturer was a mystery. Finally I called Bradco and spoke to Charlie who asked we send them photos of the hinge. They were able to find two in their warehouse that matched ours and gave us both for free, the additional one as a backup. Now we could do a direct swap, no fuss no muss. Good customer service for a small inquiry 9 years later. Very much appreciated.

I selected Bradco to replace all kitchen cabinets for my kitchen remodel. They were nice until things went WRONG.

1. Cabinet quality itself seems to be good. Cabinets are from Envoy (one of the manufacturing companies they use). Box is made from sturdy plywood and door fronts are MDF.

2. Order mishaps. There were missing cabinet pieces when the order arrived. Missing pieces were ordered but of course it delayed installation of the rest of the kitchen project due to a domino effect those missing pieces caused. Bradco would not provide reimbursement, compensation or any other remedy, other than simply blame Envoy for the mishap. Bradco is the middle man and they would not take responsibility for the mishap. Of course the client (me) has the pay out of pocket for the extra order, rush fees and contractor for the delays this caused.

3. Installation mishaps. I hired Bradco to install ONE cabinet because it required some custom work to join two doors together to make one long door. Thank goodness I used my own contractor for the rest of the cabinets install - clearly experts. The Bradco installers are terribly slow. They had to come out on 3 separate occasions to install this ONE cabinet. Installers were really nice guys but DO NOT HIRE BRADCO for install. I also had to follow up multiple times because they clearly did not want to keep taking on the cost of sending workers out to fix this one cabinet. Finished cabinet work looks subpar.

Bradco Kitchen & Bath transformed my outdated kitchen into a modern, functional space. The custom cabinets are stunning, and the attention to detail was impressive. Highly recommend their services!

When I started my quest to look for a new kitchen for our house there were quite a lot of roadblocks.I visited several design showrooms, but none of them really understood what we were looking for. Actually, my wife found BRADCO Kitchens and Baths in Los Angeles, we made an appointment and our first visit convinced us that these were the right people to undertake our project.
It was refreshing to find somebody that was ready to listen and not constantly push their ideas on us. As we just purchased our first house, we were on a limited budget. Even though that BRADCO Kitchens and Baths supplies custom cabinetry mostly, we never felt that we were not important enough for them due to our limited budget. We had several design sessions, they explained us our options and what is important in a kitchen and the end result is stunning. We could not be more happy. We also used their in-house installers, B&R Construction. Even though that stretched our budget to the Max in hindsight it was the right decision. They guided us professionally through the whole process and minimized distress that comes with a major remodeling. We can only highly recommend the BRADCO Kitchens and Baths cabinet store in Los Angeles.

He, his wife and staff are very talented, detail oriented and creative. BradCo's space has displays with beautiful product and very cutting edge and unique storage solutions. We completed a Bradco kitchen project 2 years ago and recently experienced the need for some minor cabinet realignments. Bradco came out to our home right away and took care of the issues without billing any of their efforts. Service like this is so appreciated and thoughtful.

I needed to renovate my kitchen and Bradco gave excellent service at a reasonable price. I came to the Bradco showroom with no appointment and got welcomed by Angela who was lovely to deal with. She was patient and willing to listen to what I needed instead of just rattling off tons of information. She gave some excellent recommendations and also showed me what my new kitchen would look like on the computer. They had a lot of nice samples that I could look at and even take home to see it in the actual lighting in the kitchen. This is a small team of professionals who know what they are talking about. Really happy with the end result.
