Adeedo's technician was respectful, considerate, and provided a quote that wasn't aligned with my partner's expectations. Despite this, I still consider Adeedo top-notch. Special kudos to Julio Vasquez, who went above and beyond the call of duty. My partner had differing opinions on pricing, but Julio remained patient and courteous throughout. His professionalism and demeanor impressed me greatly.

This technician was very communicative about our issue, figuring out its root cause before tackling the fix. The job was done efficiently, with a clean finish. He was also extremely courteous throughout, even with a prompt reply.

I met with Enrique Silva at my gate and he inspected my leaky faucet, checking on top and under the sink as well as outside near my crawl space. He explained that there was a larger issue with the overall system, but I appreciate his thoroughness. It turns out the problem wasn't just the sink, but also my front yard's shut off valve. Still, I'm glad he was upfront about it.
