5-unit, two-story apartment building built in 1968 — original galvanized pipes throughout. Over time the pressure dropped significantly, especially on hot water, faucets and shower heads kept clogging with debris, and the bathtub water had a tea-like color with residue settling at the bottom. The pipes were so corroded that plumbers I called wouldn't even touch them — they were afraid anything would just snap. Clearly, a full repipe was the only way forward.

Finding the right company for a job this size wasn't easy. Infinity Plumbing was referred to me by an acquaintance who had his 10-unit building in Santa Monica repiped by them a few years back — nothing but good things to say. I interviewed three companies total. Infinity came in the middle on price, but they stood out on every other level — professional, punctual, fully prepared, and their proposal was detailed and itemized.

I was on a tight schedule and a little skeptical about their timeline, but they actually finished slightly ahead of it. The whole operation ran like a well-oiled machine. What also really impressed me was how clean they kept the job site — every afternoon before leaving, the crew cleaned up after themselves completely. The workers were respectful and easy to work with throughout.

The difference in water quality has been night and day. Even my cleaner noticed — she asked what happened because the shower stalls and bathtubs no longer get that rusty film buildup and don't require nearly as much scrubbing to clean. That kind of unsolicited feedback says it all.

The people make the difference here. Marco, the owner, was incredibly responsive — even after the job was done and fully paid, he was always available to address any questions or concerns. Juan, the foreman, was organized, communicative, and professional from start to finish. And Veronica in the office always returned my calls promptly and handled everything efficiently.

This was a major project and I had real hesitation going into it. Looking back, I'm genuinely glad I went with Infinity Plumbing. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Marco, Juan, Veronica — thank you. Well done, and truly appreciated.

I can't thank Infinity Plumbing, Inc enough for coming out on Christmas Day to fix a pipe leak in my rental house!! Not only did they arrive quickly on a major holiday, but Marco Jr. was thorough enough to identify a second leak we hadn't even noticed yet. His professionalism and attention to detail saved us from a much bigger disaster. Truly went above and beyond - highly recommended!!!
