Jose (Santi) is a great plumber. Very professional, honest and straight to the point . He tells you in great detail what the problem is and resolves it the right way. Yes, I recommend this pro.Santi Plumbing, led by Mr. Jose Duran, provides outstanding plumbing services. I’ve had excellent experiences with Mr. Duran, and I now rely on him for all plumbing needs across my properties. He is a true professional—honest, efficient, punctual, and transparent. He clearly defines the problem, explains the solution, and never overcharges.
During each job, Mr. Duran keeps me informed throughout the process, taking before-and-after photos and explaining every step of the project. There are never any surprises. He also ensures the work area is thoroughly cleaned after completion and follows up to make sure I’m completely satisfied.
No project is too big or too small for him—he approaches every task with great care and attention to detail. Recently, he repaired a sewer line leak at one of my apartment units. It was a tough job that required crawling through a small duct on an exceptionally hot summer day in Los Angeles, yet he maintained a positive attitude the entire time.
I highly recommend Santi Plumbing to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy, and fairly priced plumber. More recently, while I was away on a trip, Mr. Duran even agreed to be on call for any tenant plumbing emergencies.
