called stewart plumbing for a quote and the lady who aswered the phone hung up on me. i called back and said sorry we were disconnected and she said... no i hung up on you. i asked why she hung up on me and she told me that its due to the fact that she has the right to do so. is this how i should have expected the business i originally called for. glad i found out ahead of time before i gave them any of my hard earned money.

Didn’t do the job right the first time. Came back out to fix it and charged me for a second call even though their fault it wasn’t done correctly the first time. I spoke to the manager soon after and he agreed. Months go by with no word and then suddenly they start hounding me that my bill is unpaid. I ended up paying the bill but I guess I will be looking for a more honest company next time. Or at least one that keeps better records.
