Anthony was called and setup an appointment. He was punctual, clean (as opposed to looking unprofessional) and very courteous. He troubleshooted our newly, widowed mom's home camera system and informed us of the problem. Since we are tech savy, Anthony explained (in detail) what burnt out and what needed replacement without the pressured sales pitch approach or any other B.S. Ultimately, we had the power supply replaced, upgraded the DVR and for us, allowing any of us remote access via an app on our cellphones. He performed all the tasks and left the house leaving NO mess. Great guy and service.

I just moved into a new house which came with a system that Optimum Surveillance had previously installed. We were not able to access the system but Anthony went above and beyond to make sure our system was up and running as he had previously installed it. He even went as far as swapping out the equipment that was tied to the previous owner. Highly recommend and will definitely be using his services in the future!

I am 100% satisfied with my new cameras. Anthony was on point. Very knowledgable and took his time explaining the whole system in detail. he went out of his way to make sure I get everything I asked for including setting up each individual camera ( 5 cameras) to my satisfaction. Anthony and his team recently did some maintenance work on some cameras that someone else installed. He quickly diagnosed the problem and worked quickly and diligently to fix the issues. He even upgraded one of my cameras to display a color feed. His team kept the work area clean and were always available to answer any questions I had. They were the consummate professionals. Needless to say, I will be asking Optimum Surveillance to upgrade the rest of my cameras. If you are considering installing a new security camera system, I highly recommend Optimum Surveillance. I had an urgent and time-sensitive issue come up where a portion of the electricity went out in my house. Normally, I go and flip the breakers and continue with my day. When I didn’t see any breaker switches flipped, I knew I needed help from a professional. Luckily, based on great recommendations from a close neighbor and good friend, I was referred to Anthony. I gave him a call and it must have been my lucky day because he was just finishing a job in my area (normally I hear he is booked out). We spoke about the problem and he reassured me his process and talked me through the steps he’d be taking to identify and ultimately fix the problem. As soon as he arrived, I knew we hired the right person for the job as he immediately began the troubleshooting steps he mentioned to me on the phone. It was certainly something I needed to hire him for as I wouldn’t have been able to do the fix myself even if I knew where the problem was. Anthony quickly and efficiently fixed our issue and gave us a great and reasonable price for the work. We’ll certainly be having him back for more electrical work we’ve been putting off doing. He’s earned our trust as a highly professional, knowledgeable and competent electrician I can feel confident in when having work done of this nature.

Anthony has been so helpful from day one to years after installing my cameras ! & on his his weekend free time he was available to help me troubleshoot my camera - internet service. Highly recommend his services!

I reached out to multiple vendors for bids for multiple security cameras in my building. I had a set budget and very specific needs. Anthony at Optimum Surveillance came out and planned out how he could meet both the needs we had and our budget. As we discussed our needs further, he remained flexible and made adjustments to the plan while remaining within our budget. He was very thorough and explained what he would offer and how we could continue to use this equipment for many years to come.

He and his team were always on time, in fact, always arrived early. They were always very professional and came with clearly identifiable work attire so that staff could easily identify them at all times. They were also flexible in almost completely working outside of our normal operating hours and when they did work during normal hours, they were sure to make no noise to impact our business.

Their workmanship is excellent and looks completely professional. They left no mess behind them in spite of drilling into our walls and going into dirty crawl spaces. They also took the time to configure the systems after asking for our specific needs.

Anthony did a truly exceptional job of replacing an old broken circuit breaker for us. Even though the proper replacement part was hard to find, he made sure we got the right one. He arrived on time and was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He also responded to my text messages promptly. Anthony was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend his services to anyone!

Just got off the phone with Anthony. I was trying to make changes to the camera software and created an IP conflict. Anthony gave me the solution and told me to call back if the solution did not work. He made my night. Over a year after our first meeting he is still helping me out of a jam. That is service.

Not only has he set up a state of the art camera system at my home, but at my business as well. We had two quotes before we found optimum surveillance, they were very reasonable with pricing so we went with them. They installed eight cameras for us, and showed us how to work them and save everything to our own phones. Such great guys and so much patience for their costumers. Extremely grateful. Truly a master of his craft, Anthony knows exactly what he's doing in every aspect and his team is great. I do my homework when choosing services like his and I knew from the call he was the guy for the job. His team worked nonstop and left me with an incredible setup and top of the line equipment to have a highly surveilled facility.

Anthony is a phenomenal guy. I'm a plumber contractor and I share a similar style as Anthony when it comes to explaining to my customers options and educating them on the whole project. Anthony did such an amazing job. I installed 16 cameras, a monitor, some Ethernet runs to my back house and so much more. This guy is solid I strongly recommend him.

I used OS (Anthony) to install a camera system that fully covers the exterior of my larger hillside residence. Anthony is very good. He is knowledgeable about the equipment (Dahua) and invests time with tech support when necessary to make everything work as intended. I appreciated his professionalism and easy communication. Everything is running well already, and I expect to keep tuning the settings to fit my preferences perfectly. I require much more than the average customer. The system provides peace of mind that is well worth the price, which was substantial for my project. I opted for top of the line equipment with oversized storage and extra durable wiring. Anthony delivered and returned to expand the system when I wanted overkill. This company is a gem in an ocean of horrible service providers, fly by night scammers, ripoff/con artists, etc.
