Could only fix one of my two appliances which is understandable but I would prefer next time for the repair guy not to ask my wife inappropriate questions

I purchased a laundry dryer and a large refrigerator from Muniz and the ice maker wasn't working. I informed them on Friday afternoon and by Monday morning they had replaced the whole ice maker. They're fast, friendly, professional and pleasant to deal with. I'll surely be recommending to everyone I know. They have the lowest prices in town also. I'm glad good honest people like this are still around.

What a great experience. We called and gave them an overview of what was wrong with the fridge. We scheduled the appointment for the next day in the afternoon and they were able to come early. They saw what was wrong and were able to make the corrections the same day!

They are very well priced and I love how you're able to pay via Venmo or Zelle. I appreciate their quick work! I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend those reading this to use them too.

Don’t show up on time. Deny that we had an appointment. Rescheduled. Showed up 2 hours later than the scheduled time. We’re told we had to leave in 2 hours. Said he was just going to grab a sensor and came back 2 hours later when we had to leave and said we rushed him that’s why he couldn’t finish the job when he knew we had to leave! Now keep rescheduling. Worst people to deal with!

I'll have to update my review: This appliance has not worked right since I got it and I paid $700. The freezer (even set on the coldest setting) doesn't freeze my food solid. I have dumped out shrimp, left overs, frozen entrees and spoiled ice cream multiple times now and am coming to the conclusion that I purchased a lemon from them. They came out once after I called them about the issue and added freon, and it was good for about a month. Now it's 3 months later and not working properly again. I haven't been able to get them on the phone to let them know the appliance is (again) not functioning properly. I guess you get what you pay for--------> (Original review) Great prices, good customer service. Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes hard to get on the phone, but worth waiting and calling back when needed (since they get busy). Highly recommended. They also offer discounts for cash pay.

I want to thank this company for being prompt in coming out, professional and doing a great JOB! This is the second time our family used their services. They fix my dryer about a year ago and it’s still going. Needed them this time for my washer and they were prompt and great coming out on time. My washer works better than ever, and Save me money in buying a new one. I will definitely use their services again. Thank you

This place gave me a messed-up refrigerator then, when I asked them about the warranty, they couldn't even give me the information but asked me, did I have my receipt normally when a business they have the receipts as well as you, they will have them. No, they did not have theirs. No, that I have 9, because the refrigerator was working then they called the police and said that I call them and threatening, which I did not all I said was, ma'am, this is the 6 time that I have called you guys and been up to your business. To fix my refrigerator my food went bad and nobody is giving me no money to replace my food that I pay for out of cash and/or food stamps so they said that it was too much food in the refrigerator which didn't make no sense to me. So I clearly stated then I wanted to get another refrigerator or get my money back and she hung the phone up in my face. So our quarterback is saying, ma'am, why did you hang up the phone up in my face? And she clearly stated it. I don't want to talk to you. You threaten me. I didn't even call you after me talking to you about replacing my refrigerator. Bad place for business and I had more food before this. I also let me add i clean my refrigerator all the time they always having someone come and do nothing. I have kids this is so sad.

Kitchen exhaust in the attic came apart at the seams, literally. After speaking to Cynthia & Erick, I was relieved to find out they can repair the exhaust. That’s right! Not just appliance repairs & installs.

Electricians & HVAC contractors both said not their scope 😳

My dryer was making aloud noise, I call Muniz they replace the motor, after they replace the motor something else broke but they came and replace under warranty and now dryer is working perfect THANK YOU MUNIZ, im looking forward to keep doing bussines with you. Definitely 5 stars service

Went to go see if I could order a part for my appliance. The store was empty and the woman working there was making advances at me has soon has I walk in. Every question I made she turn it into an opportunity to make an advance towards me. I told her how I felt flattered but I was married and didn’t want that type of problems hoping she will stop and help me with the part I needed. Well her reply was that she was also married and how she’s been with her husband since high school and how she was not happy with him since they are high school sweethearts. I felt a bit bad for her but then a few days later I was hanging out with friends and sharing my experience at the store and they had the same issue with this woman. I am not sure if she does this with an intent to get a sale or if she is really trying to have a fling with whoever falls for her tricks but it’s a no for me I just wanted to see if I could order a part for my appliance . Ended with no part and will have to travel and take my business somewhere else that is not going to make sexual advanced towards the costumers.
