Spotless! Super professional and every corner deep cleaned, also super flexible with budgets. They are fair, I know there are parts of my house that I could NEVER clean as good as they do, and it would take me 3 times what it took the professional. Give her a call if you are tired of scrubbing!

I had a terrible experience, worse than I could have imagined. The service did not meet expectations, and the job wasn’t even finished as requested. The two people who came, a woman and a man named Cesar, were very rude and disrespectful. Cesar even claimed to be the “owner” of the company, but I later found out he is not, the owner was the other lady. Supposedly, they work in a cleaning company , yet this guy had the nerve to say my house was disgusting. They shouldn’t be judging the condition of your home they are there to provide a service no matter the situation. I felt humiliated and offended. It’s also very unprofessional that while at my home, they tried to raise the prices because they say my house was “disgusting”. Customers deserve a fixed price upfront so they know exactly what they will pay. The cleaning they did was done poorly and unprofessionally. If you work in customer service, basic respect and professionalism are a must, and sadly, that was missing here. On a positive note, Diego’s communication was excellent. He was the only one who truly tried to help, offering solutions and treating me with respect throughout. He even apologized for issues he wasn’t responsible for, showing real professionalism. I really appreciated his kindness and effort. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both their service quality and how they treat customers.
