They installed my system and have serviced it annually since. They are very good at communicating and when I had a recall issue they did go above and beyond to make sure my family and I were up and running with very little downtime

I called another company out of Modesto, if they can come and check out my AC unit. That company never showed up or called back. My son showed me Cen-Cal. I called them. They called back the next day. And showed up that day and fixed my AC unit. They are polite and very helpful.

Our AC decided to go out on us during this heat wave. I called the other AC company and they said I had to be on a list and no appointment available since long lists. The lady was unprofessional from the start and so I decided to call CenCal. The lady who answered was very friendly and was able to get a same day appointment. The guy who came out was very nice and fixed our AC within minutes. Fast and friendly and very professional! I highly recommend !

My AC was not cooling my home. Within 2 days Cen cal air sent someone out and within 30 minutes I was in a cool home. These guys are great! They take excellent care of their customers and I highly recommend them for the care they give to them!

I will never go through them again, was a total nightmare. They took my call and my wallet up until they found out I wasn’t the owner of home at which point I was no longer useful. If the fist technician would have properly did his job it would have saved me a big headache. Had heard good things about this company sadly my experience was not good.

My AC was having issue staying on, I called on Sunday and my apt was set for Monday morning . The tech that came , his name was Marcos and he was absolutely amazing. Was very respectful , very kind and explained in detail my issue that was understandable to me. Really appreciate the fix and Marcos . Will definitely use this service again if I ever run into any issues and maintenance.

Every time I need an HVAC issue checked they always get me in with a tech for the next day or same day if possible. They are very prompt and professional and always answer all my questions. So far I have done my annual maintenance with them for 2 years and I will continue having them maintain my HVAC unit. Highly recommend. Called in June and got same day service. Tech explained what he was doing, the office followed up. Was smooth everything is running great again. They also did my original install in 2018. Highly recommend.

Can Cal Air is always prompt, professional and courteous They are usually able to schedule my service on the day of or next day of my call. They never attempt to sell or charge for something I don’t need. I have been a customer for about 5 years, am very happy with this company and have recommended do them to friends and family.

The technician who came was very professional and polite., He explained everything that he was going to do, and was able to offer me a repair option to avoid future problems which I really appreciated. Our A/C stopped working on the hottest week in July. I called Cen Cal Air and explained the issue and they gave me a time slot that was flexible with my schedule. I got a reminder call and Javier showed up promptly and diagnosed and repaired quickly. Great customer service all around. I highly recommend their service.

The tech they sent out to my house was Brandon W. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and super friendly. He walked me through all the work he was doing and explained everything very well. He fixed the issue in 10 minutes. The bill was a little high but it was weekend prices so understandable. CEN-CAL, you guys have a great employee. Thanks again Brandon
