I recently purchased a fixer-upper home with the intention of selling. I contacted Oren with OCA Builders; he was quick to respond and met with my husband and me. He sent a detailed estimate with break down and stages of work. The renovation included new plumbing, electrical and new panel, new roof, drywall‘s modern bathrooms, modern kitchen, floors, windows, and lighting. I interviewed five contractors before deciding to work with Oren; I highly recommend his company for two main reasons. The first one will be communication; the second one was the quality of the work.

I spent months and months looking for a contractor to remodel our entire home. We live in a lovely 70's home but the age was starting to show. We finally found Oren and after seeing the great reviews and beautiful pictures were compelled to give him a call. Within 2 days he was at our doorstep ready to take measurements and get a proposal going. One more week and we began working with designers to build our dream home. Orens team is a one stop shop for your remodel, they will design, plan, and execute in timely manner and with excellent attention to detail. Within 6 months of meeting our 2500 sq ft home was completely remodeled and we were able to pick out every detail with his designer! Save yourself the headache and call OCA builders!

Oren and his team kept everything on track and were great to work with; they were crucial to keeping us within budget ranges as well as providing unique and efficient points of view. Oren's attention to details is phenomenal; he noticed things that we would likely never notice without him.
By utilizing OCA Builders' network we have gotten better prices for everything from tile to the HVAC system. One example comes to mind when they managed to find redwood siding that fit our original house at 50% of the quotes I've been able to find.
The job site was clean and well maintained, they were kind and nice to the neighbors and today we are living in our dream home all thanks to them.

I highly recommend OCA Builders! I've been a Los Gatos resident for 20 years and been through many remodeling projects. By far Oren (the owner) is the best Contractor I have worked with. Oren's team took my bathroom down to the stud and managed to complete the entire remodel within four weeks. They are clean, polite, never missed a day of work, the plan stayed on track, and the quality of their work is impeccable. What's most worthy of note is Oren's eye for detail. He came by everyday to make sure we were happy. I heavily relied and trusted his decisions as there were times we had to pivot and make design changes. I will never use another contractor again.

Oren is a pro, he came to look at our project and helped us tremendously with the design process. Communication was fluent and easy we knew what to expect every step of the process.

Oren and his crew are excellent. They did a major bath remodel and we were very happy with them. They show up every day on time, they clean up the site each afternoon and they don't cut corners. Unlike a lot of contractors, Oren will actually answer the phone or call you back promptly. They didn't have any issues installing higher-end items like a wall mount toilet, lighted medicine cabinets, specialty vanity and custom shower. We would definitely use OCA again.

They remodeled our bathroom in 2020 and did such a beautiful job, we hired them to do our kitchen remodel and a few other projects including lighting, closet doors and brand new electrical in 2022. Our kitchen is exceptional. Oren has integrity and makes a remodel experience as stress free as possible. They are amazingly efficient too! Our bathroom was completed in 4 weeks and our kitchen in 8 weeks including additional projects. We would only consider using OCA Builders for any future remodel needs. He and his team are top notch.
