I recently had my kitchen tiles cleaned, I regret selecting such a light color for my kitchen but after this guys were done cleaning I was amazed! The tiles looked as good as when they were placed for the first time! I’m thrilled with the results, the technicians were very polite professionals and very meticulous, they went through every spot, the grout, the corners.

Danny was great with setting up an appointment and he was able to talk my aunt in confidence that he would do a great job and also, he delivered on it. He was able to explain the entire process and was keen on answering any questions that we had. I didn't like the very expensive service, for only steam cleaning.Don't look that they will really work. They didn't even vacuum, I look at hair everywhere.don’t use again

I hired carpet cleaning for one small area of hallway to remove red staining.

The person I booked the work with quoted $79 minimum charge. Seemed reasonable.

The technician arrived, seemed rude and pushy, beat up van and a portable carper cleaner. He claimed the work required “deep cleaning” for an extra cost. Silly me, I did not negotiate price before allowing the work. After “completion” he stuck me for a bill of $364.00 and asked for a tip.

Red staining not removed. Carpet, excessively soaked. Required 48 hours of fan and heater to dry. Water damage on baseboard and door casing.

I was then forced to hire their competitor who uses a professional truck mounted steam system. The red staining was removed in less than 5 minutes at approximately half the cost.

Now I still need to replace baseboard and door casing damaged due to excessive water use.

Feel like I've been ripped off
I had Tom from Samuel's come and clean my rugs and upholstery today. There are multiple things that I am unhappy with:

- Price quoted on the phone was vastly greater than price quoted once he was here ($340 vs $1064)
- told me I had 9 x 11 rugs and based his pricing on that. However, I later measured and I have 8 x 10 rugs. Have called the company for a refund but not heard back.
- He wouldn't have cleaned the full rug, including under the couch, if I hadn't asked him to.
- Used cheap sales tricks (this is special discount for you, you are getting a chair cleaned free of charge)
- huge water puddle on my wood floor because the machine malfunction. Only cleaned up after I said something
- Told me he would clean the couch all around but there is still tons of dirt and hair on the sides of my sectional pieces.
- arrogant attitude
- They seem to be operating under two different names (Samuel's and Eco Carpet Cleaning) which is suspicious.
- Re-reading the Google reviews, they all sound alike. I have a suspicion that they are fake.

Would not recommend this company.

The drop-off (or pickup) service provided by Samuel's Carpet Cleaning Service was straightforward, and my carpet was ready in roughly a week, quite ahead of my anticipated time. There were some stubborn stains that couldn't be erased (it's not surprising given they've been embedded in the carpet for 5 years), but the overall cleanliness of the carpet was impressive. It was devoid of dirt and grit, and overall, the pile was noticeably restored and lifted. Trenton did an outstanding job.

Jude and Trenton from Samuel's Carpet Cleaning Service were incredibly proficient and swift in their work! They did an exceptional job. I was under the impression that our carpet was beyond saving and we would need to replace it, but they managed to restore it to a brand-new state! I will certainly be engaging their services again in Los Gatos!

i had a great experience with this carpet cleaning company in los gatos. they were very professional, always on time, and friendly. i have a couch made from a delicate, unusual fabric, and jude listened carefully to my concerns both over the phone and in person. jude inspected the couch, explained what could be cleaned and what stains might be permanent because of the fabric, before starting any work. he also told me about a special sealant that helps spills bead up on the surface instead of soaking in, which worked well even after my toddler tested it out later. the price quoted was exactly what i paid, and i felt well-informed throughout the whole process. overall, it was a pleasure having them in my home and i definitely recommend their carpet cleaning services!

hunter is consistently punctual and amiable. he's previously cleaned our carpets and we've always been satisfied with his service. recently, he tackled the task of removing a pet stain from a woolen carpet at a different house. it was a challenging stain to tackle. after his first attempt, it seemed the stain was still somewhat visible, so he diligently hand cleaned it again using a different solution until it was completely gone. he carries out his job with exceptional quality, and i value his dedication, hard work, readiness to go the extra mile, and his friendly manner. we'll definitely be using his service repeatedly and highly recommend him for your carpet cleaning needs.

hunter was our carpet and sectional cleaner today. i got a call to let me know he would arrive in about 20 minutes. i was there before he showed up and we talked about everything that needed to be cleaned. he was very professional and noticed that my daughter’s dog was nervous and shaking. he suggested we just close the door to that room and not clean it, so the dog wouldn’t get more upset. he was really thoughtful about it, and i really appreciated his care. i will never hesitate to hire samuel's carpet cleaning service because they are very reputable and have been around a long time.

The owner, Trenton, was the one who came to clean my carpet! He did an incredible job, was remarkably friendly, and provided honest and transparent expectations about stain removal and the like. I highly recommend this service! Hunter cleaned our vintage wool rugs and couch, and the transformation was incredible! I really wish I had taken a before picture! I've already booked him to clean the carpets in a rental after a move-out—an apartment that had four kids and two dogs. He used plenty of deodorizer and dedicated extra time to make the carpets fluffy and ready for the new tenants. The industrial machine he uses works wonders that no DIY carpet cleaner could achieve. I've already suggested him to my neighbors who are dealing with muddy paw prints in the winter. He will definitely be my go-to for both rentals and our furniture. I just hope he stays available for us!
