I have waited for weeks they do not return calls they from Nancy, and if you say thats unacceptable they tell you that they do not need your service . They will not survive like that STAY AWAY

Aaron has been great at fixing all our appliances in a timely manner, at a fair price.

Quick, professional same day repair of my dryer. Aaron was great and was even able to offer a senior discount if I could pay cash.

After talking to the technician on call, he goes above and beyond to help after knowing that the appliance was out of warranty. Great service!

Parts were difficult to find but this company worked with our home protection company & also kept me informed of updates. Parts were found, machine fixed and I highly recommend Prolite Appliance Service & Repair.

I would give zero stars but it's not possible. After rescheduling my appointment 3 times, I still have not had a person show up to an appointment. Today was the last straw, nancy called me at 415pm to inform me that the technician would not make the scheduled appointment time of 1 to 3 pm. Took time off from work twice for no show on their part.how they stay in business is beyond me.

Worst customer service ever! I would never recommend this place to anyone! Had to reschedule my appointment 3 times before they made it out, once they were here they told me they had to order the parts for my dryer because you can only get them from the manufacturer. A week after they “supposedly” ordered it they tell me they sent the wrong part! After that I told them to cancel any future appointment and to refund me my money. I was still out $100 because they came out to my home just to look at my washer.

I found Prolite through Angie’s list. It was a Sunday but he came to Fresno to fix my refrigerator and did a great job. The price was very fair especially considering it was a Sunday. I will definitely be using him in the future!

This guy is a scammer! Takes advantage of the elderly. Aaron went to my elderly mothers house to look at her ice maker that stopped working. He Said it might cost up to $1,000 to fix it if he started looking into it. My mother asked how much to replace the ice maker, and after looking on his phone for 1 minute he said it’s discontinued! He said “you need a new refrigerator” “don’t buy Samsung!” Then he told my mother I’m going to have to charge you $100 for that. My mother paid him & he left. What a joke, charged her $100 for that! It gets better, The next day my brother googled the part number listed on his receipt marked discontinued, my brother was surprised to see it was available everywhere! My brother ordered it on Amazon & installed it himself. Just sickens me that guys like this pray upon elderly people, instead of doing legitimate work for a living. Part number is DA97-15217D.

This repairman serviced my home and the service was great. He's available for questions and communicates well.

People are leaving reviews for their home warranty service on here. This is daft! If you have a problem with your home warranty service (which honestly seem like they all suck) don't punish a local business because you're mad at a national corporation. Prolite just makes the service calls. That is it.

I was referred by my insurance company to call Prolite out to repair our refrigerator. Our appoint was on Dec 3, 2020 I was told it would be 10-15 days for the part to come in. It is now Feb 2, 2021 and I have not received a phone call or an update. I paid the deductible the day they came out. He was not here more the 15 minutes. I understand COVID has held up things but this is ridiculous!

Worst repair service company ever used. Sent out by home warranty. Took forever to get in contact with them. They are ill prepared and poorly equipped, taking several visits to assess the problem and obtain parts. Repairs were not done properly, they caused further damage to refrigerator/freezer, which led to leak that damaged our wood floors. They refused to take responsibility for their poor work and damage. Finally, Sears repair service came out, ready with parts, and had the appliances working correctly within an hour.
PS - floors are still damaged to this date and Prolite's response was we should just call our homeowners and make up some story "we do it all the time."

Our refrigerator wasn't getting cold air in. He came out and checked out our refrigerator and told us we would be better off replacing it. I then went on YouTube and checked out a few repair videos. I followed their troubleshooting videos, found the problem and fixed it myself. It is working fine now. I replaced a fan for $35.00.

This company is a great disappointment. My home warranty dispatched Prolite Appliance to come fix my dishwasher. The first time they came out they "fixed" it and the next day it was leaking again. I called and asked them to come out again and Nancy said she would call me back with an appointment... I waited a week for a call back. I called again the following Monday and she said she would call me the next day to make an appointment and that never happened. I am very upset with the poor quality of customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone if you want your appliances to get fixed in a timely manner.

Clovis Appliance recommended this business and they really need to stop. He arrived, it was a dishwasher issue, he suggested we needed a new one after not really checking anything. He came back to install the new appliance, realized it would take more than a couple of minutes of effort but not before breaking our tile, damaging our counter tops and breaking the door to the dishwasher. After some struggling with the old dishwasher and not being able to remove it easily he went out to his truck without saying a word to me or my husband and left with his poodles in his car. He did not turn off the electricity as he said it was not necessary and left a partially removed and broken dishwasher in my kitchen with exposed electrical wires that were active. Please do not use this man’s business as he does not know what he is doing. My neighbor Michael came in and got the old dishwasher out and the new one put in in less than an hour. He did turn off the electricity then stayed to make sure there were no leaks after he did a test run. He also works in Clovis and is a much better handyman than Aaron. Wish Clovis Appliance would recommend him instead.
