I was planning on remodeling our kitchen and met with 7 contractors for bids. Mario Gonzales with MGM Construction was the first contractor I met with and I was very impressed. After meeting with the rest of the contractors, I knew MGM was the right one to go with. Working with MGM’s crew was so refreshing, when I was told they would be there at 7:00 am, they were there at 6:50 am ready to go. This crew was very polite and they never played around, they worked the whole time and their attention to detail was amazing. My kitchen was done on time and on budget, thank you Mario and his crew, I love my kitchen.

Called MGM Construction on a whim to inquire about building a small house for my grandparents on our property.

Mario arrived when he said he would for the quote. We decided to use his company in the end. The transaction was completed before he said it would be, and most importantly, was on budget.

There were no hidden costs or added cost.

Mario went above and beyond and handled everything like a professional. The crew was great and professional as well and provided a quality house for our grandparents to live in their own space (kitchen, bath, bedroom, laundry etc) away from my family, but close enough to be included.

MGM. Construct is a family owned and operated business in Madera. His years of being in business made this process smooth and hassle free.

My husband and I hired MGM Construction to remodel our master bathroom. Mario and his crew turned my dream into a reality beyond what I could have hoped for. I have worked with many contractors in the past, and none have come close to MGM’s quality work, professional nature, and reasonable fees. They truly are second to none. We already have our next round of renovations scheduled with MGM, and family members who saw them in action are planning future endeavors with them as well.

If you are looking for a quality construction company, who is easy to work with, and for a reasonable fee, look no further.

This is my first Google review but I felt that Mario and the MGM crew deserved to be praised for their outstanding work. And, it was due to others reviews that I decided to go with them.

I had MGM first replace an old, outdated French door in the master bedroom with a sliding glass door. They then worked with us to remodel the master bathroom. The old bathroom was outdated and the shower was very dreary and small. I had a vision of how I would like the new shower to look and they exceeded my expectations. They also replaced the old tile countertop with a new granite one and they added an additional outlet, as per my request. I was so satisfied with their work that I also had them replace the front bathroom tile countertop with granite as well.

Mario and his crew were very easy to work with, were punctual, stayed on schedule and on task, and Mario stayed in contact the entire way through. Any other work we decide we need completed, MGM will be who we call. (I have added pictures of the old and newly remodeled bathroom taken at approximately the same angles.)

After an amazing experience with our master bathroom remodel, my husband and I worked with MGM to convert our dining room into a bedroom. They framed in the room and closet, added a Murphy bookcase door, and Mario the owner was instrumental in making my dream of board and batten walls a reality. I could not be any more in love with this new bedroom - definitely my current favorite room in our house! There truly does not appear to be anything MGM can’t do. Their quality and craftsmanship is amazing. I can’t recommend MGM Construction enough!

I had my home built by MGM Construction in 2020. Six years later, I encountered an unexpected issue with the roof. I reached out to them, and I was impressed by the response. They stood behind their work 100%.They sent someone out to inspect it that very same day. Work started just a few days later and was completed shortly after. All completely free of charge. I really appreciated the clear communication and professionalism throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

We recently worked with Mario and his team for a garage conversion to master bedroom/bathroom with a nursery nook. It was my first time doing any remodeling or working with any contractor, so it was a lot for me to learn. I changed my mind a lot, had a million questions, and I admit, was sometimes difficult to work with due to my grandiose visions of how I wanted it to look (lol). With all of that being said, I can say that Mario not only showed incredible patience, understanding, and kindness with my lack of experience and vision changes, he also went above and beyond to make sure everything I wanted became reality and that I understood what was happening during the process. The team did everything we wanted and more. I LOVE my new space and it turned out so amazing! My advice to anyone moving forward is to communicate your vision and then trust the process. Mario and his team knows what they are doing, are very experienced and will do an amazing job making your dreams a reality. We loved it so much that we hired him right away to stucco the whole outside of our home due to woodpeckers destroying our wood siding. Not only did they make it look amazing, his team also did trim on all of our windows making my vision come to life yet again. I would recommend them 100 times over for any type of construction work.
