I had Joe from J & M carpet cleaning come to my home to correct a carpet buckling problem in my bedroom. Joe quickly responded to my request and came out the next morning. He and his co-worker were on-time, polite reasonable priced and cleaned up nicely before they left. They even moved some furniture that my husband and I did not have the strength to move. I recommend that J J & M for your carpet cleaning, stretching or repair needs.

They always do I great job disinfecting and cleaning my carpeting in the home. I like their "rake" tool that they use too!

We finally pulled the trigger on new flooring. Older Home with 1800 sq ft of old wood tiles. Juan was awesome in providing samples, discussing installation and service. We agreed on a price, project start date and estimated completion date. Everything went as promised. We love our floors, they took great care of our house and cleaned up each day. After going first to 2 other places locally for estimates that had good reviews, I wasn't sure who to trust or go with to replace old carpet and laminant for 3/4 of our house that we bought a decade ago. Based on its great reviews, I went to J&M for a third estimate and they proved the best option for us. Based on prior sales pitches, I was torn between vinyl and laminate plank options, and Hoss and his dad, Joe, answered every question and gave me good pros/cons of each from a professional standpoint based on over a decade of jobs (and how they held up long-term or potential problems). The rest of their staff in the office was also a pleasure to deal with since I went back a couple times to get samples and re-inspect options (there were so many, and not an obvious 'best bang for your buck' choice for us initially). Once we decided and the product arrived, Hoss was accurate in his predictions on availability and job completion. The installers did a great job, and were easy to work with (and tried to minimize the disruption on our family's workflow). Even when a surprise came up when they removed old carpet and found an old baseboard staple lodged in a washer drain pipe, they gave me good advice on next steps and reliable/affordable plumbers that might be available. The flooring price was reasonable compared to other estimates, and there was no extra charge for using a credit card. Looking back, everybody I worked with (8-9 in all, including workers (including, Jeremy was there every day and an A+ worker), office staff, owners, salesman and job manager) was professional, courteous and responsive to every question via calls, text, and email. This is a great, Valley-owned business to support.

First of all, we liked all those involved on the job, from quoting to laying down our wood floors. Loved Danny! I would ask Danny to not allow his assistant to drop planks of wood (as they come flying out of the box) directly onto the wood recently glued down. I found more than a few scratches.
However, his assistant worked like an animal and did an excellent job grinding the layers of old adhesive and rollcote off of the concrete floor during the prep time. After three days, no doubt worn out.

I can't say enough good things about J&M Floor Covering! From the first phone call with Hoss, he was incredibly responsive and offered a free onsite visit to confirm job site and measure. I needed carpet replacement in a home I was putting on the market quickly, and he understood the urgency. He provided a very reasonable quote and scheduled the work promptly.

The installation crew was clean, fast, and respectful of the property--which is so important when you're prepping a home for sale. The carpet looks fantastic and helped the house show beautifully.

I also used J&M for tile cleaning at the same property, which was a last-minute request. Hoss gave me a competitive price and still managed to squeeze me in, finishing the job quickly without cutting corners.

We had planned on going through Lowe's for our flooring. We had picked flooring and had our quote ready to go but something just didn't feel right about the back and forth and the inability to have a conversation with the installer (we didn't even know who the installer was going to be). We contacted J&M (Hoss) and immediately had a great experience. He's knowledgeable and treats your home as though it's his own. He's mindful of the impact this experience has on the household. We never had to go long without laundry or bathrooms. They really made it as painless as possible. We went from tile/carpet to vinyl plank and we couldn't be happier!

Also, pricing was just under what Lowe's offered but with better baseboards . Thanks Hoss and company!

I called J&M to get a quote for carpet repair and I was promptly contacted by Joe. He was able to come out the next day and fix the part of our carpet that was damaged by our cat. It cost $150 for patching the damaged area, and it looks good as new!

J&M replaced carpeting on my stairs and upstairs hallway with LVP. The work was beautifully done. It took the technician a few days to complete, but the end result is outstanding, and a good value for the cost. The materials are also of high quality and reasonable price. Our house is transformed by this change, becoming more livable and elegant. I highly recommend J&M if you want your flooring done well.

I had luxury vinyl installed in a bedroom and JM flooring did great. I worked with Hoss throughout the project and he answered all my questions. I would recommend and will use again for any flooring needs in the future.

Beyond that, which was the basic request, they went above & beyond by cleaning my hallway runner and door mats and wiped down the areas that have wood. Great option for those of you who live in the Tesoro area. My son spilled iodine from a science project on our beautiful carpet. I was ready to throw my whole house away. The spot was completely cleaned off. We had our living room and stairs washed as well. Looks good as new.
