Joe responded to my request very quickly and was able to come repair our damaged carpet the same day. His prices were reasonable and he was very professional.

I recently had them come out and clean my carpet that had some old stains in it. Joe did a fantastic job! I'm so very please with how it came out. It's freshen up my whole house.

J&M Flooring was fantastic from start to finish! They responded quickly to our inquiry and had someone out in no time to get the job done. They replaced our carpet beautifully and also cleaned and sealed the grout in our tiled floors—everything looks like new! Their team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Joe did a really good job with cleaning my carpets and also stretching them in areas that needed it. He was prompt and affordable. I highly recommend him. I also found out that he installs carpet too. I will definitely use him to install new carpet in the near future. He also traveled to the Oakhurst area at no extra cost. We had our tile cleaned, including grout, as well as all our carpets. The crew was on time, treated our belongings with care, and did a good job.

I had an 8:30 AM appt this morning with "Gary". I rearranged MY schedule so I would be available at 8:30 AM. When he was 5 minutes late I called and I said: we have an 8:30 appointment where are you?" And he had no excuse, no apologies just "oh GPS says I'll be there is 8 minutes"
So that would be around 20 MINUTES LATE FOR OUR APPOINTMENT.
When I pointed this out he became VERY defensive-and remember NO apologies for being late OR in the inconvenience-and said' "well, we just won't show up then"...like a petulant CHILD.

I said "that's a great idea" and hung up.

I make MY living with appointments-I RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE'S TIME and IF I'm going to be OVER 5 MINUTES LATE I CALL AS A COURTESY to my client.
Apparently this company has no such moral compass and couldn't care less about making the customer happy which would've been easily accomplished with a simple apology a "Mia culpa" but that was way too much for his unprofessional.

They did the best job on our carpets. Very professional, on time, friendly. Will definitely use them again and I will recommend them to others

When Gary and his Father came to clean up both my Mom's carpet and linoleum they were right on time ,very nice, straight forward and did a great job. Mom's house, in her demise through age and acceptance had gotten a bit bad. We did a lotta work to reclaim the beauty a nd comfort for our Mom. We made it extremely sanitary. Gary and his Dad really brought it home with how they revitalized Mom's floors. They were so conscious to our needs they were Amazing!
Mom enjoyed the comfort of her in her ladder years and was very pleased with their work and was happy for not having to recarpet or re linoleum her floors.

We have been having Gary clean our carpets for over 8 years . He does a wonderful job and doesn't have all the up charges some companies do. We would recommend them highly!
