Terrible experience. Hired Ken to install needed electric prior to an outdoor sauna arriving. For over a month he had the manual, specs and contact for the company. For weeks I asked him if he was sure on what was needed and if he needed to talk to anyone. He confirmed many times it was all set. He ended up totally misquoting the job, installed a 120 outlet instead of a 240, then proceeds to tell me he isn’t going to take the blame but then says it’s his fault. Now I have a sauna sitting there that I can’t test installation and I have to leave town which he knew. Quotes me the price for the additional work and doesn’t even take off anything for what I paid him for HIS mistake. This whole thing could have been avoided, he had the Manual. Concerning that an electrician cannot read requirements for electric!!

I used this company to help install solar and Tesla Powerwalls for a long time friend and colleague and let me tell you…. I’ve been installing and facilitating hundreds of installations in my 12 year career and this company hands down was one of the top contractors I’ve ever worked with. They were very professional and did a clean installation.

I am so happy with KS Electric! My solar installation project was smooth from start to finish. The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The installation crew was on time, they explained the process to me and did a beautiful job! I love that KS Electric has a service department too. I'll definitely have them back out to clean my panels. I'd recommend this company to anyone!

Fantastic customer service. The technician drove 3+hours to install a drain cap that was preventing the sign off on a final permit, from the City of Vallejo. Rene H. was really a super nice and friendly guy. He explained exactly what was happening, and waited two hours for the inspector to arrive. Honestly, I feel he went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process. He answered all my questions, and was smiling and pleasant throughout. I highly recommend this company.

Great Service! I had a replacement riser repair done by K⚡️S Electric. After PG&E recommended different plans from what we had in mind they handled it very well they were quick to give me options, prices, ect. There was also a slight miscommunication and Luis helped resolve it without hesitation. Both tech and Luis were extremely patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Im very happy with the results.
