Window Installation reviews in Madera, California

Wow what can I say about Madtown Glass? Absolutely Amazing they came out to our house measured our broken double pane window and Josh immediately noticed the glass had a bronze tint which I missed. After he ordered a replacement he came and changed out the broken glass with ease like a professional. I couldn't be more impressed. Found out he also does auto glass as well . I will definitely keep him in mind for any glass needs we have and his price was very reasonable.

Josh was responsive and professional! He kept me updated while we were waiting for a few things to arrive, but once they arrived he was quick to schedule installation. Thank you Josh for your professionalism & getting our window back in working order!

Outstanding service and professional services above and beyond. Do not hesitate to contact Josh as you will benefit from his expertise and excellent work ethic. Door glass replacement was going to be a challenge but he communicated ideas and plans consistently. I highly recommend Madtown Glass and Josh!

When my large sliding glass door wheels failed it prevented our animals from being able to go inside and out, I got DIRTY looks from our dogs and cats. I had to leave for a new job the next morning and was sweating bullets thinking about finding someone who could fix it.
Who came to the rescue???? Madtown Glass!
They were super responsive to my request for a quote and very prompt service. Josh popped my door out and restored it to glory. Well worth the money! It's people like this that I like to keep on the ready when people need a recommendation. Someone you can entrust will do the job right and you don't have to supervise or double check their work. I will keep them in mind for my rentals needs too!

Fantastic experience today with Madtown Glass. They replaced 40+ year old mirrored closet doors in an old house. I wasnt sure what to expect had some negative experiences with other flaky companies but Madtown Glass knocked it out of the park from start to finish! Solid carpentry right to the last minute checking to see if we were happy with the results. I highly recommend them!

Josh was professional and quick to respond. We are very pleased with our window replacement.

Windshield replacement was quick and painless, and cost half what the big guys wanted. Josh is great to work with and kept in touch all the way

Josh was awesome! Great communication and customer service, reasonable price and was able to repair travel trailer screen door quickly. Highly recommend!

Josh responded to my query quickly and gave me an estimate without trying to convince me that I needed to replace my patio door. He has a lot of integrity and honesty. He fixed my door without any high pressure tactic that a woman would encounter in a repair job. He is also moderate in cost. I will continue to use his service.

Long story short I tried to kill a fly and ended up shattering my window.

After inquiring MadTown Glass, they reached out to me incredibly fast and were able to come out the same day to assess the damage and provide a solid estimate. Once the parts arrived, the installation process was seamless, and the final price was exactly what they had quoted me--no surprises, just great service.

The whole process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. I highly recommend Madtown Glass. I'll definitely be coming back for any future needs.
