No website and horrible customer service dont even interact

This is the second time I have used this crew. I always get three quotes and both times he was on the lower end of the three. He is honest, reliable and makes the tough trees look easy. I will use him in the future and will recommend him to anyone.

Ben and his crew are hard working, knowledgeable, fair, and responded well to our concerns. Ben wants his customers to satisfied as exemplified by our "final walk-through" of the job, making sure all aspects of his tree trimming job has been completed to my satisfaction. Five Stars!!

This rating is for customer service: I called today because our air conditioner went out and the gentleman I spoke to was so nice to refer us to another company because he’s about three weeks out for appointments at present.

Most companies don’t do that and I really appreciate it. If I ever get a chance to patronize this business I’ll update my review and talk about the service from that aspect.
