Mike and his team did an outstanding job upgrading our home’s exterior siding and transforming our backyard with beautiful hardscape & landscaping work. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations!

MB Pacific Development is awful! Mike gave us a great price on our project, then flooded us with change orders once the work started. Costs kept increasing to the point where the project became unaffordable. It felt like the low bid was just a way to get the contract signed; he doesn’t respect his clients!

HIRE ANYONE ELSE!!! At the start Mike showed us amazing designs and sold us the dream, but once the contract was signed, it turned into a NIGHTMARE! He lacked basic construction knowledge and project management skills. Subcontractors were poorly scheduled (or not scheduled at all), work had to be redone multiple times, and the job dragged on far longer than it should have. The lack of organization and construction knowledge caused constant delays and frustration. Horrible experience!
