For example, when I mentioned wanting to minimize construction dust, he promptly set up 6-mil plastic barriers with Zipwall and arranged for intake and exhaust fans to help clear the air. During the project, we did face a minor hiccup with a subcontractor who wasn’t familiar with inset cabinets, leading to some errors. However, Howard quickly took charge of the situation. He sourced new quartz slabs and brought in a different subcontractor from Baystone to redo the work, ensuring everything was up to our standards. He even found specialists to repair and repaint the cabinets, which were quite an investment. Unlike many contractors, who might leave you in a bind, Howard took full responsibility and made sure the issue was resolved promptly. Although it meant we had to wait a bit longer for completion, he prioritized our satisfaction, demonstrating his integrity as a professional. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with how our kitchen turned out. The cabinets are beautiful, with Cambria Portrush quartz countertops, a Miele Steam Combi-oven, a Bosch dishwasher, a BlueStar stove top, and a Fotile range hood.
