Steve is a fantastic, super honest gentleman. One of the most reliable small companies I have ever used. His wife who answers the phone is very charming and delightful. I highly recommend this company.

I tried calling and the phone number does not work. Recording states the following: “The number you have dialed has not been configured correctly and cannot receive calls.”

The technician who installed the new washing drum arrived right on schedule and was very organized. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to my colleagues and business associates.

Extremely impressed In the quick response to my service request. Gave me a two hour window as to when Steve would arrive. Determined what was wrong one day, ordered the part that day, the part came in the next day and a service appointment was scheduled for the following day.

NEVER GO here unless you want them to take your money & not repair anything they will ask you if you want to order the part once they so call diagnose & then run with your money & not respond once a long time has passed you cant leave messages because there inbox is full just terrible

I just got scam for 230+. The African American looked at my freezer, made assumptions of the problem and told me that it'll cost 450+. Pay the half now and pay the other half when the parts arrive which includes labor.. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER. They will respond when the first time, but they'll stop responding when the get your money!

Our refrigerator freezer went out on Sunday. Greg responded first thing Monday morning and was able to come take a look at it Tuesday morning. It turned out to just be a simple fix. Thank you!

Definitely recommend! Greg was so much more thorough and helpful than any other appliance repair place I called. On the phone he asked about our issue, got the model number and everything and did some research to make sure he had the parts on hand and that he would give an accurate quote. He was so nice and fit us in quickly. The problem was exactly what we talked about on the phone. Reasonable pricing and quality work.

Having Dishwasher problems with a code of FTD ( Failure to Drain ) A Neighbor recommended Greg. He was available the next day and needed a pressure switch, he ordered and came back two days later and the problem is fixed. Will defintley use him for all appliance issues and he is also very reasonable.
