They do a great job and even add little touches that make me feel like I'm visiting a resort after they are done cleaning. I like the detail rotating days, they dust everything and even organize my kids stuffed animals- so cute! They were a great help after I had my baby! Thank you so much ladies for being so detailed and flexible.

Can I give one star because the person who did the inspection was kind and responsive. As far as the cleaning goes save your money. By far the worst cleaning service I've ever had and I have a tidy home. They arrived half an hour before the scheduled service. Knock three times even though I let them know I was working and was unavailable at the time. The cleaning didn't even seem like anyone came to clean the home. Quick wipe down of surfaces. Nothing will be clean that they need to step on a ladder to reach. The claim was that baseboards and window seals would be cleaned and I have pictures where that was not done. I did not ask for my floors to be clean except for in one room and the house and that was not done. I have three bathrooms and the shower walls were not even scrubbed. I could move on and add images but I can say this is the worst cleaning service in the area save your money and your time.

The cleaning team arrived right on time on the scheduled day. They were fully equipped and ready to get to work. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail. They left no corner untouched, and the house was sparkling clean by the time they were done.
The cost of their service is very reasonable, considering the high-quality work they deliver. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority.

Kavitha was very attentive to the details of what I wanted, and she tailored a cleaning plan and schedule to fit my needs and income. I liked Charisma right from the start. She did her job with joy and with attention to detail. She was friendly, thorough, efficient, and hard working. She has a no nonsense attitude and is not afraid to communicate concerns or need for clarifications. Can’t go wrong with Cleaning Authority. Glad they left their flyer at our home. Charisma is my girl. I wish this company good fortune as they grow their business. 7/18/25-Jasmine and Pedro are the best. Very thorough and conscientious.

June update: The Cleaning Authority came for my 2nd clean. After some scheduling delays last week, Pedro & Maria came today and they did a great job! They spent almost 3 hrs total for the 2nd Initial Clean (focus on sleeping and living areas), addressed the areas I asked about (vacuum under the bed as much as they could, wipe the bathtub surround top ledges, and wipe the range hood). I'm updating to 5 stars because of the quality of the clean, the responsiveness of the whole TCA team (from Kavitha to scheduling and Pedro & Maria during the cleaning). Thank you again! I'm so glad to have found TCA to clean my home!

From May: This is my review of the in-home estimate and 1st clean. I'd give 4.5 stars because of the following, but I can't give a half star on Google. The in-home estimate with Kavitha was very helpful and straightforward. I like that The Cleaning Authority employs its staff (not contractors) and they are licensed and bonded. The app is easy to use and to pay. Today, I had my 1st Clean - which includes extra detail in the kitchen and bathrooms. Overall, the cleaning was pretty good. Pedro & Maria were courteous while we were working from/in the home. They were booties inside which I like. The cleaning was ~2.5 hrs total for the 1st Initial Clean. Most everything on The Cleaning Authority's detailed list was cleaned, but the range hood was missed entirely. They did a great job on the range, which had some built up grease over the years. Because they don't use harsh chemicals (like bleach), the house didn't have a lingering bleach smell, but the porcelain kitchen sink wasn't as white after cleaning as when we use bleach products. Overall, I would give 4.5 stars, because the cleaning wasn't perfect, and it was still very good. I look forward to the 2nd Initial Clean (I'm on a four-week cycle) and the cleanings after that. Jasmine and Pedro were amazing! They were on time and worked very hard. I was a bit embarrassed at first because I have been hurt so it has been a while since I've been able to do a decent job of cleaning my house. They came in did an excellent job and did not even blink an eye, I did not feel ashamed anymore. Looking forward to see them again.

NOT recommended. I used the Discovery Bay, Manteca, Tracy franchise location for about six months, and unfortunately the experience was consistently disappointing. The issue wasn’t the employees—they are hardworking and genuinely want to do a good job. The problem lies with the management. Kavitha pushes the teams to finish a 4,500-square-foot home in an hour and a half and docks their pay if they go over, which forces them to rush, cut corners, and skip critical tasks.

Because of these restrictions, the cleaners aren’t even allowed to move a chair to clean properly. I often found myself following behind them to do things they weren’t permitted to do—like moving furniture or polishing wood surfaces. I was even applying wood oil to my own stairs and furniture afterward.

It’s frustrating because I made it clear that I wanted weekly cleanings and was willing to pay whatever was necessary for a thorough job. You would think a client like that would be a priority, but the management practices make quality work impossible for their staff and unsatisfactory for their customers.
