NOT recommended. I used the Discovery Bay, Manteca, Tracy franchise location for about six months, and unfortunately the experience was consistently disappointing. The issue wasn’t the employees—they are hardworking and genuinely want to do a good job. The problem lies with the management. Kavitha pushes the teams to finish a 4,500-square-foot home in an hour and a half and docks their pay if they go over, which forces them to rush, cut corners, and skip critical tasks.

Because of these restrictions, the cleaners aren’t even allowed to move a chair to clean properly. I often found myself following behind them to do things they weren’t permitted to do—like moving furniture or polishing wood surfaces. I was even applying wood oil to my own stairs and furniture afterward.

It’s frustrating because I made it clear that I wanted weekly cleanings and was willing to pay whatever was necessary for a thorough job. You would think a client like that would be a priority, but the management practices make quality work impossible for their staff and unsatisfactory for their customers.
