Allan Corona, senior technician is the best air-con tech I’ve met. Very professional and very detailed in his work. He is very respectful and educated me on a lot of stuff about caring for aircon unit. He is definitely an asset to the company.

Alan Corona was great! He called before he came; came on time. Explained what was expected. Diagnosed the issue right away and fixed our heater! In the future, no doubt, we will ask for Alan’s service again! I highly recommend him! Thank you, Alan!

Juan (Technician) was friendly, polite and courteous. He did a great job servicing our heating system. He is very knowledgeable and answered my questions. He was the technician who serviced our systems in 2025.

This company has surpassed all expectations. They are helpful, organized, knowledgeable and professional.

We purchase a new built home in Manteca in mid 2022 - two story home. We experience our first summer and it was not easy. We inquired about installing dual system for heating and cooling - so different levels of the home and have comfort without disturbance.

This company was extremely helpful and acknowledged on what needed and not needed. They were on time, efficient, and cleaned up after the work. On more recent event, we were experiencing some issues with our heating system. We called this company as we are reoccurring customers. Diana was extremely helpful and was able to accommodate an appointment that same hour. We have experience with the technician, Alan, and nothing more than pleased to be dealing with him. He understood our concerns and did a detail and thorough inspection of the unit. Unfortunately, the 2 year old unit needed replacement and had other issues, such as, incorrect and unsafe installation, wiring and sensors not properly installed and functions. While Alan did his inspection - he document and photograph all his findings and assessments. We decided to avoid further headaches and issues - also with his input. We decided the replace the unit. The following day, Alan worked steadily with his team to purchase the new unit and have install the next few days. After installing, Alan and his crew insured all the units and sensors were working and functioning not just properly, but up to his standards. He even changed all of our systems filters as a courtesy. After, installation - he advise us the company will register the unit to the manufacturer.

Our experience have nothing more than pleasant and extremely helpful with this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My service technician, Alan Corona, did an amazing job servicing my furnace. He was thorough and meticulous. He went above and beyond my expectations. He explained what he was doing and answered my questions in such a way that made it easy to understand. He clearly showed pride in what he does.

Juan from Climate Care was very friendly and professional. He came over for the annual furnace tune-up, and suggested areas that he recommended to get updated. Juan has always been honest and knowledgeable in his profession with the customer.

Has worked with us for more than five years servicing our HVAC and furnaces twice a year on the residential side. The monthly payment is well worth the customer service. No need to remind yourself when to call them, they call you! They have an amazing team, Chris, Juan, and the rest of the group have your back. If the price seems too high, don’t be shy to ask if they can do something. They offer financing programs through third party companies. Need a new HVAC, it’s worth the energy savings in the long run, Climate Care won’t hook you up with something that won’t work in the long run. 5 stars all the way.

We had our Ac service done by Alan Corona on all 3 of our homes. He is very nice and hardworking guy who went out of his way to do his job. He really does his job very well. He was very polite, friendly and a nicest guy I’ve met. It Feels like we got double the service than what we paid for. He really did well with cleaning the unit and checking every single thing and explained us throughly and gave us knowledge about our HVAC system. So passionate about his Job. Definitely a permanent customer now!

We have been with the company for a long time and everyone has been pleasant , today we had the pleasure of meeting Alan Corona , he is amazing and extremely helpful ! He spent a long time in our attic cleaning and showing us the before and after pictures . He answered all our questions and helped fix issues we had with our vents. We wanted to get a tune up with our HVAC unit, and Anthony showed up and was great! He answered all questions that we had and was extremely professional. He gave us some good feedback on our ductwork and we are happy with the overall service. Thank you, Anthony!

UPDATED REVIEW with ALAN CORONA:

For a few days our A/C fan was having some issues with the fan not spinning. Alan came to the rescue and showed me what was wrong with the fan. Not only was the fan motor oil spilling out, our capacitor needed to be replaced as well. Alan guided me to understand why it wasn't functioning by showing the pieces that were worn out. He also showed us our warranty which I had no idea we still had. Alan was very patient and didn't show any signs of urgency to get the job done. Alan took his time making sure each piece was put back together the right way. He even went the extra mile to vacuum the leaves out of the unit. After everything was complete, he showed us that our freon was still doing just fine by doing a quick test. He even taught me how to check to see if the freon was still working.

I am really glad to have met Alan. I can tell he takes his job very seriously, and goes the extra mile to care for his clients. Thank you Alan, for your patients, taking the time to explain and answer all of my questions.

Alan Corona was so nice and came on time for the appointment. My furnace was fixed to my satisfaction. He ran the furnace to make sure everything was working and did not leave until it was heating up the house perfect. He showed me how to program the thermostat and asked if I had any questions. I enjoyed the visit and appreciate everything that was done.

Alan C - came to my house to check my heater, there was a little issue with it. He diagnosed at right away. Get to work and fix it. Thank you so much for sending Alan today. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

We had excellence service from Ivan and Alan.
From a phone call to Climate Contol about our heater not working and having a new one installed,
all within 24hrs. Ivan checked the heater out and gave us alternatives to making a decision. We choose a new heater as he patiently showed us which one and why it would be best for us. Alan was professional and very knowledgeable installing the heater. He took pride in is work. I would highly recommend Ivan and Alan.

Ivan came by for a tuneup on my mini split system. He cleaned my unit and provided me information on how to maintain it. He was excellent. I recommend their services.

Our furnace failed unexpectedly, and Ivan came to inspect it. What impressed me immediately was not just his technical knowledge, but his clarity, honesty, and professionalism.

He didn’t just do a quick check and leave.
He spent real time going through the system step-by-step, taking detailed photos, showing me exactly what was happening inside the furnace — the gas valve blocked with sediment, leaking motor capacitor, blower motor issues, rust on pan, coil condition, heat exchanger concerns — everything was explained with complete transparency.

Most technicians either rush or give generic answers.
Ivan did the opposite — he educated me, patiently, respectfully, and with genuine care for my family’s safety and comfort.
