Giovani did a great job. Helpful and very knowledgeable. No high pressure sales tactics like some other companies.

The team that came out to install our air conditioning system was exceptional! The men were all very clean, kind, and informative on every step of the work they were doing. You can see that they all cared about the work they were doing and they seem to enjoy their job. Despite the fact it was most likely 150° in the attic. I would highly recommend this company and these men in particular to anyone seeking a new heating and air conditioning system.

Kendrick from Villara came out to service our HVAC system and ERV. He was polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything in ways I could understand. On top of all that the price was extremely low. What more could you ask for?

Excellent job helping us with HVAC maintenance. He showed us a filter we didn’t know existed and changed the orientation of a filter door/access grill to make changing it easier.

“Small fee” for someone to come out and do nothing. My tankless water heater wasn’t igniting. Tech comes out, presses some buttons and says, “I have to call [manufacturer] to make sure this is what’s wrong with it and that’ll be $318.”
I asked, “To make a phone call?”
He replied, “Or I can take it apart and figure out what’s going on with it and that’ll cost extra too.”
I asked, “Isn’t that why I schedule the appointment? So you could figure out what’s wrong with it? What’s the ‘small fee’ then??”
He didn’t take it apart or make the phone call. Pretty good scam you guys got going. Think I’ll find a plumber online 👌🏽 Thanks for telling me what the error code was for $200 🙄

This is my first experience with Villara. But, it's at least my third experience with this particular plumber. David Barliss has provided me with unusually excellent service on several occasions over the last five years and my experience today was consistent with that. I asked him to look at a more complicated water heating and distribution question, and he got into it very deep, and will now think about a more thorough going response, and make a proposal to address our needs.
For residential work, I give you my highest recommendation.
