Ron went over and above. He got here at 8:45am and didn’t leave until 7pm. He worked non stop to get the new furnace in andto get us heat. He cleaned up before he left knowing he would be back the next day. He’s also very pleasant.

As I knew, my water heater was on its last legs, I shopped around to see what a kind of service I could get. I received a quote for a couple of different models from Warrens, The model I wanted and set up the install date. Ron came out to do the installation. He was pleasant. He was thorough. He cleaned up after himself and he got the job done and I have a beautiful working hot water heater again.

Best place for your HVAC supplies

They only sell parts to licensed contractors, and not the general public.

Ez check in docks are on back side from office with lots of room.

That is the best parts and equipment house for 100 miles. From the bottom up they're all very helpful and knowledgeable.

This place is very unprofessional they don’t make any sense, their costumer service people have no idea what they are doing, first they ask if you are a contractor and if you are you must have an account with them so they can even speak to you?
I don’t know how they are still in business?

They showed a quantity of (10) in stock on their website, but upon arrival, they say they have none. This is understandable when inventory shows one or two- I always call to confirm. But off by ten? Territory manager says it's likely "especially even numbers, guys count wrong". Mistakes happen, but this is far from the first time. Stuff like this causes problems and wastes time, and to boot, you will NEVER be able to get through to the specific branch because the phone number takes you to a call center who also (surprise!) can't reach the actual branch. If you have other choices in supply houses, do it and avoid Ferguson. Save yourself the headache.

Poor customer service.As soon as you step in I’m who you’re looking for but I won’t help you.
If you need warranty replacement , you have to pay for the for replacement and then you have to turn in a warranty claim even though the unit was purchased there.
I played that game at another HVAC supply house and I didn’t get reimbursed for two months. I will never do business with that HVAC supplier or Ferguson.
By law they are bound to exchange bad part for new warranty.
Ferguson HVAC supply do not warranty their units they expect the HVAC company to do so and then have to wait to be reimbursed
