Chose this company to do post restoration cleaning of my house after wood floor restoration and total painting of the inside of the house. They did an excellent job with cleaning up the dust from floor sanding. The house sparkles with the clean, toilets, faucets, showers and windows! It meets expectations and exceeds them. Sandy, Kristina, Stephanie and Steven were happy, kind to this old lady in the walker, and all around champs at representing their company!

We called for flooding on the first floor. The team came and was fast and professional. Especially Francisco Acuña, he was very helpful went above and beyond with explaining everything and answering all our questions. He helped give us some peace of mind during this very stressful experience. Francisco did the best job and his professionalism definitely made the biggest difference with this experience. Servpro came to fix an existing leak from when the house was bought. Water restoration was great. Repairs were good but had a few more issues. A recurring leak happened about 3 times requiring SERVPRO to return and cleanup and repair again.

Now this may seem like a one star issue and before this I had done that. But whenever I called Servpro, they came. Most of the time within 60 minutes of me calling about another leak from the repairs. They never charged a dime and abided by every request we made through the process.
I give 3 stars for the fact we did have 3 recurring leaks from there repairs. BUT they always came, never complained, and made the house look brand new.

I called in because my water line broke on my fridge. I called panicked and unsure of my next steps. Alexandra helped me and walked me through the process and helped me get everything taken care off. I appreciate Servpro for their help and professionalism during my moment of panic.

Experience with Servpro was great! I called on a Tuesday around 6pm told them I had water damage. the person I spoke with told me that they would send someone that same evening. They showed up very quickly and right away started taking care of the water issue. John (project manager) was very professional and explained everything in detail. Francisco and Diego where there as well and very quickly began to work on the damaged areas. for the next couple of days Martin and Salvador worked very hard getting my water damage under control! They were so polite and professional!! I would definitely100% recommend Servpro to my family and friends!!! Honestly, these guys are awesome, nice and overall very professional . They were really quick with clean-up which was super helpful. Big shout out to Martin and Salvador for the amazing job they did at my house! thank you very much :-)

Had an issue with some mold growing in my home. I called for advice, wondering if I should call insurance. Shout out to Alexandra for walking me through the whole process and helping me take care of everything! She set me up with an appointment to have someone come look at my house and understand not only what my responsibilities were, but options as well. Thanks again!

I can't thank Alan Sargent enough for helping navigate through a difficult time. Having never to have had to handle a restoration for a catastrophic event he would call me everyday to let me know where I was in the process and what I could expect. No matter when I called he either answered or called me back right away. I also cannot say enough good things for the fellas that made the magic happen-Dennis, Fernando, Lewis, Salvador, Jose, Hugo, Danny and apologies if I left anyone out. In particular I want to thank Preston who worked with me the most in showing me what needed to be taken care and the meticulous work he did on every step project. Because of the length of the project I feel he became a good friend.

Servpro did an excellent job mitigating the flood damage in my home. They responded within thirty minutes of my call, which was incredibly reassuring during a stressful time. Callyn and Andrew were outstanding resources, guiding me through the next steps for the rebuild. They were extremely supportive, patient, and knowledgeable, especially when it came to navigating the insurance process. The project managers provided fair and transparent quotes for the rebuild and remained responsive to my concerns throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care demonstrated by the entire team.

I got a quote from this company for a small area showing signs of mold due to a minor exterior slow leak, on arrival the tech went around taking pictures of the space and stated they would email us their quote. When I asked the average cost of a repair similar to ours ran, he laughed and stated "Mold is Gold" and that the company would let us know via email based on photos taken. A few days later we received a ridiculous quote for thousands of dollars not including sheet rock repair (only treatment and removal). In shock, we proceed to contact 2 other local companies for a second option, both highly rated reputable companies who actually ran a moisture analysis during their visits, the difference was ASTRONOMICAL, and included sheet rockrepair. Needless to say we went with a diffent company. I recommend consumers do their due diligence.

Our upstairs bathroom toilet over flowed and leaked into the carpet at the adjoining wall and also left water stains in the ceiling downstairs! Called SERVPRO @ 8am on a Sunday, they were out between 9-11 the same day. John and his team Martin & Salvador are doing an amazing job getting everything dried out so their Construction team can come replace baseboards, install new drywall in the ceiling, texture and paint! They are very professional and not making the slightest mess cleaning up as they go. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs what their commercial says, “ like it never happened “. See photos
