we recently had franklin brothers hvac come out to inspect our 30+ year old boiler heating system at our residence in march air reserve base. we discovered them via an advertisement and we're so thrilled we did! we initially contacted our home shield provider who sent out two technicians from a contracted company. these individuals suggested, without conducting any checks or tests, that an additional service and cleaning costing around $600 (300 per boiler) would be required to get the systems functional. we were expected to cover these costs out of pocket. they hadn't even begun to examine the systems yet, they simply informed us that it was going to cost more. however, when robert and calvin from franklin brothers hvac arrived, they were extremely professional, respectful, and thorough. they walked me through the entire process and discovered that the previous technicians had actually shut off certain valves. this was the cause of the cold pipes and the lack of water flow that they had tried to present as major issues. it appeared as though the previous technicians were attempting to deceive us. thankfully, the team at franklin brothers hvac identified and rectified the problem at a very reasonable cost. if you're in need of a dependable, knowledgeable team to handle your hvac system, look no further than wyatt from franklin brothers hvac. their service is top-notch and receives a grade of a++++ and a 5-star rating from us!

we recently engaged franklin brothers hvac for our new furnace repair and we couldn't be more satisfied! we sought estimates from four different services before settling on franklin brothers hvac. they outdid all other quotes and provided us with a top-notch unit for less than the lower tier unit that others quoted. calvin, our sales representative, was exceptional and answered our queries promptly. the repairmen arrived on time as promised and completed the system repair within a day. i may not have their names, but they did an excellent job. a few minor issues arose after the initial repair, which is quite normal for a job of this magnitude, in my opinion. wyatt, the technician, was as impressive as the rest of the crew. he quickly and thoroughly resolved the minor issues. the scheduling team was also wonderful, ensuring we knew when they were coming and confirming prior to the visits. lastly, robert, who seemed to be in charge, just finished reattaching the trim to the crawl space access, and it's as if they were never even there. you can't find better service anywhere, and i highly recommend them.

Though not the cheapest, it certainly gave me the best value for my money. What impressed me about Calvin was that he was not just the salesperson, but also the installer. He was meticulous, even measuring the attic door to ensure the new unit would fit through. He took the time to carefully explain his plan and provided a detailed estimate. On the day of the installation, he was punctual, efficiently removed the old unit, and cleaned up the installation area thoroughly, making the whole process smooth and pain-free. I was so pleased with his work, I will undoubtedly call upon his services again. I was struck by the number of other companies that relied solely on professional salespeople. Some of these salespeople didn't seem to have much understanding of what they were selling, and others had a peculiar approach to the task.
