I have bought Christmas trees and roses here. The staff are friendly.

A neighborhood gem! Such a great selection of healthy plants, and great service (thanks Derek!).

Great garden center with a wide variety of succulents, herbs, flowers, houseplants, cacti and larger landscape plantings. The staff are helpful and knowledgable. Parking can be a challenge at busy/popular times. Prices are good and the location is super handy for West LA. Visit and you won't be disappointed!

Great garden with a nice selection of plants. Kyle saw me wandering around and helped me out, making sure I found a plant that met my needs and fit in my space. He was very knowledgeable and seemed really passionate about his work.

Great service. Premium plants.
We have our delivery early, unplanned. The young driver was very nice and understanding when I told him I wasn’t at home. Call the store, the general manager was able to solve promptly. 2 Things that separate them from other vendors:
1. Excellent customer service. Prompt and courteous. All level.
2. Awesome delivery driver!👍🏼 -
My first time returning to this place since they changed over to Flora Grubb, and I'm disappointed. The layout and plants are beautiful but the prices are not competitive with other nearby nurseries. Even still, I was willing to pay the cost, until I walked around inside for over 10 minutes without anyone even speaking to me or asking if I needed help. What a bummer. I was looking for 4 specific types of low light plants and I finally gave up. No hello or anything from one lady leaning at the register on her phone and another guy sitting and clicking through a computer. My husband came in several minutes behind me after buy a coffee from the onsite stand and no one spoke to him either.

They have great selection of plants and great customer service. Love visiting here for coffee or buying new plants.

This place was jampacked when they first reopened and had inexpensive pricing for pots. They used to be very competitive with Home Depot pricing. Now it’s much more expensive than when they first reopened. This is a downfall for sure. Other than that if you have the money it's an amazing place.

Not the same anymore! They let go the old staff. The old staff knew my plant history! and the prices have jumped up BIG TIME. Definitely done with this place.

Flora Grubb Gardens was an amazing experience! I will recommend to anybody who is looking for their next plant! I bought the best elephant plant and I love it!

I love coming to flora Grubb because of hard working employees like Steve. He always went above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed. If I came in and he wasn't there it was simply not the same experience! This is a guy who is seriously passionate about this line of work and the people he meets. I really admire his positivity, care, and attention. Disappointed to hear he's no longer at this site-Flora Grubb in Venice won't be the same without him. He really made it feel like a community and I know he left an impact on many others who got to visit with him.

Huge variety of plants - too many to name. While they had labels, I went Google Lens crazy. Trying to read the botanical names made me sound so smart - to myself!
Ooo... That's so intricate... That cactus is going fibonacci crazy... Wow!
Go visit! -
There aren't enough STARS for Flora Grubb Gardens! By far the most beautiful experience - and it is an experience. An absolutely breathtaking array of plants, and the most knowledgable, friendly staff. I won't shop anywhere else.

Flora Grubb is my go to garden center, and the best on the westside of L.A. Excellent selection of plants, soils, pots. Cool vibe. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and u can grab a cup of coffee too!
-
Amazing selection of native plants. Love that there’s a nursery that has a focus on what actually grows in our region! Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Well stocked, and good atmosphere. I came for a gift for my mother. A lovely, and very knowledgeable, young woman with red locs helped me pick out an orchid and gave me tips to pass along for its care.

After searching all over town, these guys had the 3 baby California Fan Palms we were looking for. Very helpful and friendly, they even gave us tips how to pack these to survive the flight home. They all made it, and now we're the only ones in our city (and probably State!) with Palm Trees! Thanks again for making our day!!

I like and enjoy shopping here! It's an amazing garden. Have many plants.

Absolutely love this spot, so much so that I sometimes take people here to look around when they visit from out of town! Awesome selection and knowledgable staff, the whole place is just... hip! And I LOVE the ornament and tree selection around Christmas time. Definitely grateful for the 'Grubb!

I came in today to look for large pots for my garden in Bel Air. It was a very hot and dry day, and I had been on the road for hours. I asked someone at the desk for some water, to the question I was responded by “no sorry we don’t have any water”. I thought to myself, it’s pretty unbelievable that these people work 8 hour shifts without a drink of water in the hot Los Angeles sun. Extremely disrespectful and inhumane behaviour. You guys are happy to take 300 dollars for a pot but can’t even offer a thirsty dehydrated customer a cup of water. Unbelievable.
