Pd for .a report on watet overflow however when I had questions the company never followed up w/any answer. I have now given up. Hiring another comoany is more recommended. Inquiries were never fillowed by Servpro in Santa Monica. I believe It is franchise run.

Hands down the best Carpet Cleaning I ever had done in my rental property. I have a house with a light tan carpet. It was installed back in 2008 and over time, got dirtier. With a "No Shoes" policy in place, the carpet is doing better then expected for so many years but none the less, the dirt, stains and age started to show it's mark. I called SERVPRO to the rescue and it was the best decision I made in a long while. They came, gave (a very fair) bid and the rest is history. A week or so later they team showed up, very professional (down to the smallest details - Shoe Covers) and very friendly. Few hours later, the carpet looked so much cleaner & fresher. This 12 years old carpet does not look older then 3-4. That is a miracle for a carpet in a rental unit. Saved me thousands on carpet replacement (labor & materials). This carpet cleaning was literally a "face lift" for the aging carpet giving it many more years of usage. Thank you SURVPRO !!! :-)

Recently I encountered a water damaged in one of my properties. I had no idea of the whole process that it takes when situations like this happen. I called Servpro and Merli was really helpful and guided me through out the process. Excellent service will

I called Servpro recently because I had a flood in my bathroom and I needed an emergency extraction. Merli was very helpful and dispatched a crew within that hour. Servpro sanitized and extracted all the water. I am very happy with the results. Thanks again Merli for being so responsive!

Brandon from Servpro came out to do some remediation that my landlord forced me to have done which I don't think even needed to be done but that's not the point ... the point is Servpro did an AMAZINGLY great job. Several other contractors came in after Servpro did their part and that caused a few issues that needed repair. My landlord is a slumlord - OPTIMUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC - and refused to take care of the two repairs that needed to be done. I was beside myself because I don't have the money to have the repairs done professionally so I called Servpro and asked if they would do it and they came out and went above and beyond because they're an ethical, professional company, and I couldn't be happier with the work they did! I highly recommend Servpro!
