We worked with Lance for the electrical preparation for PG&E's extension to our rural property. Lance is quick to respond to our inquiry and completed the work on time with country's approval.

I used S&S on my building project and could not be happier. As a first time builder, they walked me through the entire process and made sure I was aware of all of the issues associated with rural construction. They always did what they said they were going to do, did it on time, and also left an immaculate work area when they were done. I chose them because they were highly recommended by some of my other sub-contractors. After working with them, I knew why everyone was so high on them.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I had them come out and they were suppose to do multiple things at my house. In the end they didn't even do half of it, which was fine i was just going to call them out again to do some major rewiring until their attitude changed after the job was done. 2 guys were there for 5 hrs, so 10 hrs time. They billed me for 17 hrs for "behind the seen work" - he said he had to call the county, go take a picture of my breaker box and load his truck... 7 hrs ?? They finally brought it down to 5 hrs and i was done arguing it so i paid it.
Then i go to the house and realize my water is not working. So i call a different electrician who says idk what happened but you had some kind of power surge because the pump protector and float were both burnt out. So i had the new guy fix it. Then when the person living there got home her dryer, which they put a new outlet to, no longer worked and the jet tub they hooked up did not work. When i called them about the new outlet not working the guy told me check the breaker which of course i already had and then he says i tested that it had power so none of this is my problem. I hung up because there is no use arguing if they came out to fix it they would probable do more damage.
Sorry for the store but just treated so wrong!!

I called I had no hot water and Jim showed up with in the hour that he said he would very efficient and he did a great job and then he called in an hour to see if I had hot water I mean really who does that I highly recommend him to every one

So thankful for this company. After other plumbers failed in so many ways, these guys came through. So fast, professional, and fair pricing. I think they are the last of their kind. Highly recommended!

Mike did an amazing job plumbing our new home. He was super patient and helped us bring our vision for bathroom plumbing/fixtures to life. Also great at suggesting some reasonable upgrades he picked up from his years of experience in residential and high custom builds. Highly recommend "good people" like Mike.

Extremely dissatisfied! We trusted this company to fix our 3 ton system that failed last year. After much discussion we were "convinced" that buying a older fr22 (Freon) unit would be more lucrative than spending a bit more to get a newer more efficient model. The unit we bought worked for 12 months and then stopped. We contacted Mariposa Heating and cooling on a Sunday and did not hear from them until Friday. When they showed up they were unable to fix the under warranty unit. They said they would come back next week to fix the unit. We are now 5 weeks since we were originally contacted them without a return call or follow up. The unit is under warranty but we cannot return it was purchased by them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
