Dylan and TJ were very professional and responsive to my special request to clean a small couch in addition to my carpets. They wore uniforms and booties on their shoes. They were a few minutes early for the appointment and we’re efficient and quick doing the job. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Dylan and his team were so professional. I bought my house a few months ago and for the life of me could not get my tile grout white and my floors didn’t have any shine. I had A&D come back this year to touch up my kitchen that was done last year and to do 2 bathrooms that I had not done last year because (I figured) the bathrooms had marble floors newly installed in 2020 vs. kitchen which was originally installed in 1988 so they didn’t need it. Boy was I wrong!!! There was a huge difference! Now my downstairs marble all looks wonderful!

We contacted A&D to see about fixing a crack that developed in a granite counter, and to seal a seam around a kitchen sink that opened slightly. Dylan was the most thorough about explaining options, and especially what needed to be done long-term to ensure we didn’t face the same issues again down the road. He didn’t try to upsell things that seemed unnecessary. The quote was competitive, and we ultimately used A&D’s services to make the repairs. Time will tell, but we have no reason to believe we got anything other than what was promised. Most importantly, we feel like our needs were addressed. Both Dylan and TJ were respectful of our home and were pleasant and professional all along.
