I called to order the gutter cleaning services they scheduled it two weeks out. I set the time on my calendar for them to arrive on the specified date between 10 and 12 when I called them at 12:30 to ask “where are you” they said we will not be coming until three more days. I cancelled the service

Craig and his team were prompt and very professional. He went above and beyond inspecting our gutter and providing solution. I look forward to hiring HSR for other projects.

Very nice job. It was great that the guys explained everything they were doing and why. One small disaster when a worker slipped and put a foot through the ceiling. No matter. They have fixed it and looks real good. Great Company and good job.

Purchased this house in March of this year. No idea what was in the HVAC system. Upon inspection, a lot. The team went to work, ran the vacuum hose with a “wiggly” up the vent tube about 3 feet, in all vents. What is still in the vent tube, unknown. They did extract a lot of accumulated “stuff.”
The crew was also hired to clean out the rain gutters. Done! About 3 hrs for both jobs, no mess left behind.
I will hire this team for next year.

The technician Mike cleaned the clothes dryer vent. Mike was very professional, thorough, quick, and friendly. I am completely satisfied with a job well done.

Professional, quality work and thorough. Beyond cleaning the ducting that had gotten so bad the dryer broke down. At my request they looked at how we could reroute the ducting and were very knowledgeable about that.

What we thought was a simple clean out of my dryer vent from a feather pillow that exploded, turned into a nearly solid blockage of the vent. HSR was able to clear it out and restore function to our dryer.

They were great, although they arrived early and kind surprised me, but it worked out well. I had them restore our gutters, deep cleaning them, removing the bad gutter guards, re-leveling them and re-sealing them. Hoping when the reason season comes the rain will actually go down the down spouts.

We had an appointment with HSR to check our gutter two weeks ago. Craig, Rufino and Nic came just at the scheduled time. They help us check our gutters throughly, and helped us clean our gutter at second floor at a reasonable price. They also gave us a quote to install two new downspouts and helped us make another appointment to do necessary restoration of our gutters and install the new ones!

HSR replaced all my gutters and downspouts, power washed
my terra cotta roof, and repaired and replaced broken tiles. Both of these jobs were long overdue. The crew from HSR was professional, conscientious and hard working. Their work was first rate; their cleanup was meticulous. If I were writing HSR’s company motto it would be: “Fair. Honest. Thorough”

Executive summary: they need to communicate better within the organization and with the client. Scheduled for 11, showed up at 8. Worker did not know where the vents were.

The initial fee inspection was on time, professional and friendly. The price quoted seemed high, but the inspector was willing to work with me and my budget. But then scheduling happened.

I was initially told "We'll try to get someone out today or tomorrow (June 30th/July 1st)." Then I got a follow up call with an apology, stating the earliest they can come is after the 4th of July. No big deal. I understand that the inspector can't memorize the schedule.

I get a confirmation text from Rafi for July 5th, 11-1. Then another from Craig for July 5th, 11-1. Then one from Jonathan for July 5th, 11-1. Odd, I thought. A bit too much communication with me, but I guess more better than none, right? Well, that should have been a warning that they don't communicate with each other.

July 5th, promptly at 8am, Jonathan knocks on the door, calling out "Hellooo!?" We had a late night because the 4th, and were still on bed. Scramble, dress, come to door.

Then, when I said yeah, go ahead and do the work, since he had access outside, no big deal that we were unprepared to bring people in.

Jonathan sets his ladder, rumages around, then comes back down, knocking again. "I don't see the dryer vents on the roof. Can I take the ladder to the back and see if they are there?" Mind you, the back would give him visual access to the bedroom and office, where my wife was still not dressed.

"No. We aren't prepared for that. Can you come back at the time you were originally scheduled? 11am?"

He said he'd have to check with his boss first and went down to get his ladder. My sleep addled brain then kicks in and I realize that the inspector and I did ID the vent, at the front of the condo. So, I head outside and have to point out where the vents are. "Ooooh. I didn't realize that they could be on the side."

Now, I'm thinking two things: 1. They don't communicate with eachother at this company. 2. Is he competent to do the job?

I finally decide that making a mistake of presumed location doesn't equal incompetence in doing the actual work, so let him continue.

While he's working, I contact the inspector via text to explain the timing screw up. He apologized well and said that he was unaware of any changes to the schedule.

The work is done just fine. I pay. He sends pictures.

Afterward, I show him my communications (11am) and Jonathan shows his (8am).

Mike came by to clean out our gutters. He was polite and professional, and did great work. Rafi coordinated over the phone and was great too.

Home Services and Restoration were excellent to work with, the are very respectful in my home which is a huge benefit these days, they provided me with photos of before and after to show me what was needed and what was done.

We highly recommend service from HSR. Aaron and Keith was great. They clean the gutter and showed us picture before and after. Also clean all the dirt an debri that fell from the gutter in our backyard and around the house. We also requested Attic cleaning but Aaron looked inside the Attic and told us Attic is in good shape and nothing to clean and so he waived off Attic cleaning charges. You can’t get better service than this @159 for gutter. Thanks HSR and Aaron for your service and we will request your help in future, too.

There was no work done. This was an inspection done in the process of providing a cost estimate of installing leaf guards for my gutters. They did a thorough job but the price was too high.

We have used HSR multiple times over the last year for gutter cleaning and repair as well as duct replacement and repair. They are always professional and provide great customer service and quality work. I highly recommend them!
