Bell Brothers was super helpful and easy to communicate with. The power went out in all the bedrooms upstairs and they were able to send someone out the next morning. Justin was able to find the problem and fix it quickly. I truly appreciate all their help and would recommend them to anyone.

We were expecting a lot from Bell Brothers but all we got was a high bill and still had a leaking hot water line, although it was better. We have the dreaded Kitec pipes and got a leak in the hot water line. I removed the drywall and cleaned up the area and contacted my home insurance who told me they don't cover the plumbing repairs(they cover drywall). I then contacted Bell Brothers and had them come out to repair the leak and quote a re-pipe for the whole house which cam to over $40K and that was using PEX. I think for that price, I can learn plumbing. I had them just repair the leak which took 20 minutes and cost $1,500. I really liked the plumber but I don't like the charge which I think should have been less than $700 and he left to get the fitting but I disclosed the pipe was Kitec. He was here from 9am - 12pm but most of it was the re-pipe quote and driving to get the fitting. I was very disappointed, because they didn't guarantee the work but I expected at least the leak to stop. I had to call a friend and use epoxy to slow the leak to almost nothing. Looks like I'm buying more tools before I call a plumber again.
