The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were very knowledgeable about roofing and they took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the crew cleaned up after themselves very well.

I am very happy with the way my roof looks now. The repair is virtually invisible and I am confident that it will last for many years to come.

CJ is the contact person, and from the early stages, signing contract, sketches, and to the completion of the construction documents, CJ and his team was consistent and reliable, keeping the project on track. Communication was clear, and they handle any issues promptly. We're very pleased with working with them and appreciate their hard work and dedication. We contacted them for a roof repair and after we paid a deposit of $850 they refused to do the work unless we change the whole roof.
They left and didn't refund anything.

We had our patio turned into a bedroom by Reliance Development and Construction Inc, and they did an awesome job! The barn doors look amazing and really give the room character. I shattered the glass in my sliding window, and the folks were not only able to bring me a brand new piece of glass in its original frame, but was able to do it within 48 Hrs.
