I have been dealing with Villara for years now. Their tech's are friendly enough but they are a nightmare company to deal with.
They installed a unit with a leak in my home and for the years that the labor was under warranty they came back, couldn't find a leak and just added more refrigerant.
Finally when the warranty was out they did the additional work of putting dye into the refrigerant finally found the leak but refused to cover the work because the labors warranty period was over. 3 separate visits, the week before I moved in and every subsequent summer they had to add refrigerant.
Now they want over $2,000 to repair something that should've been fixed before I even moved in. I can't even count the number of times they have promised that a manager or supervisor is going to call me back only to hear crickets. I call them back and they read a stock note, tell me there is no one available right now but they'll call me back.
I would avoid them at all costs.

My experience with Alejandro was pleasant and helpful. He was thorough and courteous. He adjusted my heater so it would not overheat as well as increased the upper temperature range for heat. He also kept Villara’s appointment with me this afternoon instead of another day.

I had a great experience with Villara. AC went out this weekend so I left a message asking to schedule a service. They were quick to reach out and get something scheduled within 48 hours. The tech (Zaki) was through and polite. He checked every part of the HVAC system and walked me through the best option to both fix the issue and protect our house in the future. Our issue was fixed same day.
