Isaac was phenomenal in handling my issue! I needed toilet repair from a situation and the outcome of my soap opera was dependent on his findings. The outcome was exactly as I had suspected, I had to laugh it off to keep myself from going crazy and Issac was a great sport about it. He was very thorough in checking things out and he explained everything before he did it, keeping me updated before every step. To top it off, Isaac was fast in fixing it AND the price was cheaper than I thought it would be. I've never been this happy to have a functioning toilet again!

Had a great experience with Rapid First Plumbing. Drain pipe from sinks in master bedroom started leaking. Called rapid first in the morning and they were able to come out that morning. Ronaldo looked at the pipe and said that it could be repaired in an hour and told me the price. After getting a connector pipe he was able to repair my cracked pipe by replacing it. He was quiet and focused on the repair while taking care of the pipe. After he was done we had a nice, friendly chat.

So excellent fast response, pipe repair that seemed complicated to me was apparently easy for the professional, and I was happy with the cost. So, 3 out of 3 means, I recommend Rapid First Plumbing.

Wow! Where do I start? The person on the phone was responsive and professional. Got a confirmation call an hour later saying a technician was on his way. Travis worked for hours - in 101 degree heat!! - to clear decades
of roots from our drain line. He cleaned up after he was done, and apologized (totally unnecessarily) for it taking so long to complete the job. I would’ve given him more than just two bottles of water if having beers on the job was permitted! Well done! Will definitely use them again - but hopefully won’t need to!! 🤞

Leonard did a great job clearing roots from the sewer line of my Victorian in Midtown. If he can clear that, he can clear anything. On time, worked fast and cleaned everything up nicely.

Carlis was so professional and diligent in fining where our sewer backup originated from.
This was Saturday evening and he worked until he found it and then provided all information for the future!

Great, fast, and efficient service! The phone was annswres immediately. I had a plumber here in less than an hour. He fixed the problem.! Carlos was great and professional!

Was a big, difficult and demanding job of installing a new sewer line towards the city canal (that also took a while to complete due to the territory and location).
Steven especially, other staff, and Jeremy were committed and worked wonders. Highly professional and with high expertise. They organized and coordinated well with the various stages of city inspections too. And informed us thoroughly along the way. Also went the extra mile to alleviate our discomfort for not having a functioning waste water sewer line in getting it back and functioning as soon as possible. (Also, as little damage to the existing front yard landscaping was done as possible. We could remedy it with just a little effort and cost)

Leonard was able to get here fast, explained everything along the way, and got the job done quickly! He’s our first call for any plumbing issues. Thanks again, Leonard!

These folks are the best! Courteous employees that arrive when the say they will and do an excellent job providing estimate and availability for work to be done. Prices reasonable as well.

Carlos and Issac were very knowledgeable. Addressed the problems which were orginally slow kitchen drain and toilets that wouldn't drain. These problems morphed into major sewer repair from house to city hook up. They worked hard. Long hours. They answered all our questions. They never left us without use of our essential plumbing. They were very good natured. They cleaned up afterwards and restored our lawn. Rapid First took care of the permitting.

Jeremy came out to fix a leaked caused by another contractor who nicked a water line. He wasn’t able to fix it right away due to not having the right parts but was back the next day and made short work of the problem. He was professional and spent the time to explain everything. He mentioned he also did tankless water heater maintenance as he saw we had them. He quoted a reasonable price right on the spot so I had him back the following day and he took care of them as well. Will use him again.

Travis made the whole sewer cleaning process very straight forward. He explained everything very well, was super pleasant and highly efficient. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Travis and Rapid First Plumbing!

Rapid First was able to come out right away. The technician located my clean-out trap, and ran a camera through my sewer line so I could get the good news that everything looked fine, and in record time. I had an oak tree fall on my house and the one bright spot was to hear that the sewer line was safe, and getting the results back so quickly really helped a lot. Both the technician, and the receptionist I spoke with, were extremely friendly. I will definitely use them again!

I went online after trying to fix it like I had done in the past to no avail! And after reading a few reviews and looking for reputable sources nearby was able to find RAPID FIRST PLUMBING. My plumber was here within 1/2 hour coming equipped with the new replacement. AWESOME SERVICE, CLEAN AND GENTLEMEN AIRE OF TRUSTWORTHINESS. I would highly recommend. He also was able to reach my smoke detector that is hardwired and had been dangling from the ceiling for over a month that I couldn’t fix because of my health issues/balance/epilepsy.

I manage an apartment community in Fair Oaks and we’ve been recently using Rapid First Plumbing and have been fortunate to have Jeremy, their very skilled plumber save us from a few issues. He is always professional, very knowledgeable and completes the job with a smile.
Their office staff when you call in for service is always pleasant and quick to respond!
And I like that they are very good at communicating on arrival times.

Travis was great! He arrived and was respectful and efficient. Very clear about what was causing my issue (kitchen sink backed up and not draining). He provided the options and proceeded with my selection. He also checked other items while he was doing the work and made some recommendations. Highly recommend! Thank you!
