Bill and his team did great work on our new factory retail space in Redwood City. The building was built in the 70s and required a lot of creative workarounds to stay in budget and still get the premium look we needed for our brand. The job included removing extraneous trim, wood from the ceiling, opening up the lobby, lighting across the entire facility, tearing out and renovating four bathrooms, putting a new modern kitchen and countertops and installing hundreds of outlets to power our machinery. His team worked around the clock and came in on weekends to keep everything on schedule. We consistently get compliments on the space, especially from people who saw it before the transformation. Bill did an outstanding job on the major renovation of my single-family home. The project included a complete kitchen rebuild, moving doors, removing a load-bearing wall, replacing the entire heating and cooling system, upgrading the electrical system, and installing new windows and floors.

we hired BH construction and development for a fruit vacation, real location and redesign in our home in the result eat our potato. They handled everything from planning and permits to structural modification from high-end finishes with two professionalism. The theme was organized by the orientated and transparent rotten entire process the layout was completely transformed at home, functional modern and beautiful.

I had a great experience working with Atlas. I first reached out to them for an estimate on repairs after I had water damage. Ruben helped price out what it would be for just repairs and what it would cost if I wanted to do additional renovations, which I ended up doing. Everyone I worked with was really great, from those doing the work in my house (especially Ronald) to the office staff handling billing. All in all, they repaired drywall/texture, repainted the interior of the house, fixed recessed lighting that had been damaged, remodeled my bathroom completely (floor tile, wall tile, new bathtub, vanity, lighting, etc.), and sanded and repainted my kitchen cabinets. Living at home during construction is a pain no matter what, but they made it as easy as it could be. I would recommend them and work with them in the future.

So far, we’ve had a great experience working with Atlas Construction. Our project manager, Romando, has been excellent with communication and is always willing to stop by or take a call to answer questions. He’s consistently respectful and patient, even when I ask what are probably simple questions, and he does a great job of putting any concerns at ease. His crew is very knowledgeable and takes pride in their work, it’s obvious they care about doing things right and making sure we’re happy with the final result.

We hired Atlas General Construction to renovate our kitchen. This was our first major home project, so we wanted a contractor who could guide us through the process.

Our project manager was Erick. He explained options clearly and helped us think through tradeoffs. I appreciated his suggestions throughout the project, including the decision to replace the windows. That change was not something we had planned, but it made a real difference in the finished space.

We hired Atlas for tenant improvements in Palo Alto—specifically adding a room, plumbing, electric, and handling all permitting through fire and final inspections.

Our Project Manager, Romando, was fantastic. He was on-site almost every day and sent us daily WhatsApp updates with pictures, so we always knew the status. They completed the entire project in just 6 weeks (a very tight timeline) and came in at nearly half the cost of the 4 other GCs we quoted. I highly recommend Atlas and their dedicated team for all commercial TI projects.
