House Cleaning Maids were able to fit me in the week of move-out for a cleaning. They were thorough and did a great job in 2 hours. Would recommend!

Very disappointing experience with this house cleaning service.

I booked this service based on a referral from my cousin, who specifically warned me that she had to try multiple teams before finding a good one. I requested the same team she uses, and although the scheduler agreed, they sent a completely different team without informing me.

The quality of cleaning was extremely poor. I keep my house very clean and only schedule monthly cleanings for maintenance, yet there was no visible sign that key areas were cleaned at all. Bathrooms appeared untouched, cabinets and the microwave were not wiped, and window shutters were left dirty. I had to repeatedly follow up during the entire 4-hour service.

When the cleaners finally left, they walked out leaving dirty shoe marks throughout the house, which I then had to clean myself. I paid $400 and was left scrambling the same evening, despite expecting guests.

When I contacted management, they offered to send the cleaners back the same day, which was not possible due to time constraints. No one followed up to reschedule or offer a proper resolution.

I have never had such a poor experience with a cleaning service before and feel completely cheated for the money I paid.

Juan is nice, easy to communicate with, and offered more affordable services than other gardeners I've worked with in the past. He's done a great job on my backyard patio the times he's stopped by. However, he seems to have trouble with the organization side of the business and has repeatedly missed appointments and/or failed to respond to me. This is the third week in a row where he told me he would come by, and he hasn't. Worse, he doesn't even acknowledge the unprofessionalism nor apologize. I will be seeking gardening services elsewhere from now on.

We have had bad luck with our previous gardeners, Carlos and his crew came through and rejuvenated our garden. Our trees plants and hedges have never looked healthier. Thank you Hummingbird.

Justina is very knowledgeable about plants and roses she properly took me through the depth and soil type to identify best planting areas for my new set of spring plants.

We were indecisive about a full landscaping project since my yard is small and oddly shaped, but Hummingbird made it work beautifully. They listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions that fit my budget. The crew was friendly and hardworking, and the finished result exceeded our expectations.

Hired Hummingbird crew to prune our overgrown fruit trees and shape up our backyard hedges. The difference is night and day everything looks clean, healthy, and intentional they also included fertilizing my landscape. These guys clearly know what they are doing. We are ready to set up a regular maintenance schedule with you guys!

I can’t say enough good things about our gardener! He took the time to understand our vision and worked diligently to bring it to life. The attention to detail was impressive, and our plants have never looked healthier!

I hired this gardener for a complete overhaul of my garden, and I am beyond satisfied! He was efficient, hardworking, and left the place spotless. The results exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be calling him again!

We hired hummingbird for a small yard project including removing weed and leveling for a small gardening area and planting two small trees. For this project alone, I would have rated their service a 5 star.

We were very pleased with the work they did. At the time we were looking for gardeners for a full front yard gardening design and planting which involves ordering approximately 30 plants and planting service. Juan communicated he was willing to work with us on this project. However, after I sent my list of plants, their follow up was extremely slow, taking multiple days to respond to a single question, and not taking phone calls nor making an effort to make them available for communication… after 3 weeks we were still nowhere near placing an order. So I eventually had to give up using their service.

Overall, great price, but not communicative and can be very slow.

the business response below is simply untrue. This is a fairly straightforward project where I had sent them plant lists with hyperlinks to the exact inventory. The job simply involves placing an order and planting them.

My last communication with the business was a text on Thursday requesting the order to be placed within the week, and I only got a response on Sunday night. As a comparison, I chatted with another contractor on Friday and by the following Tuesday, all plants were delivered by my doorstep.

It’s fine if you don’t want to take on the project, just politely decline. However if you do commit to the project, treating it as lowest priority will upset any customers. And if you respond to my request as promptly as you do to Google reviews, result would be much different.

Great experience with Steven and his crew! We had a whole backyard remodel complete with retaining wall upgrades. Steven managed the whole thing meticulously, helping bring in other contractors as necessary. I highly recommend!
