Alfredo was very good when he came to replace the automation board for my pool. He explained how everything worked and helped answer all my pool questions.

This company is pretty good value when it comes to pool equipment quotes. Not a lot of extra salesmanship and overcharges like some other quotes I received.

We use Pools Etc. to maintain our HOA community pool and spa. Jose #4 does a great job of keeping them clean and properly balanced chemically. He also fixes things when needed. He is very kind to various of our dogs that visit him while he’s working! We highly recommend Jose and Pools Etc.

Ray at Pools Etc. has been cleaning our pool and keeping it looking pristine for many years. He's always friendly and takes the time to explain what he's done or answer my questions. The kids really appreciate him keeping our pool ready for swim time with friends!

Allen of Freedom Pool did a great job replacing our 20 yr old pool pump and heater and updating the control system. Great job of working thru roadblocks and fixing everything he could see.

We’ve been using Freedom Pool Services for the past six weeks and our recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. We’ve had ongoing issues with our pool that they’ve struggled to properly diagnose, and their communication has been consistently poor—missed follow-ups, vague timelines, and little accountability. It’s been frustrating, especially given the trust the previous owners had. I was genuinely surprised to see so many rave reviews, as our recent experience has been the opposite.

Russell was awesome. So nice, so professional and finished the job quickly. I will definitely keep using his services. Highly recommend!

Pools Etc is the dream team pool service. Very Professional, they know how to work with my pool equipment and have fast, responsive, fabulous customer service. Wish I had found them years ago. I referred them to my neighbors who also love them.

Had no problem getting a quote and a quick appointment. The service person came out and replaced my booster pump, was very friendly. The next day I received the payment due online and paid it online as well. Everything went smoothe. I would use their service again.

I was disappointed last year when our pool service company discontinued serving our route. In hindsight, it was for the best as I found Pools, etc. (and esp. Ray, our weekly service tech). He is an outstanding communicator, texting me in advance of arrival and ALWAYS responding immediately to my inquiries. He’s knowledgeable, efficient…and just a good guy. And, it’s great to know there is a large firm to back him up if ever needed.

Jose (#4) is our pool technician. He’s very friendly and always has a can-do attitude. He helps identify issues with our pool and spa and always does his best to fix them as quickly as possible. Highly recommend him!

Pools Etc did an excellent job at turning my mom's pool from green to clean in just 3 days. Attentive staff, pleasant and professional technicians they were quick to respond and schedule her pool clean up and it is again swimmable! Thank you!

Ray has been servicing our pool for many years. He has always been consistent and reliable. He is knowledgable with our pool equipment and he does an excellent job with maintaining the PH of our pool. When he's done with his service, our pool is always pristine, ready to enjoy.

I have used them several times and they do a GREAT job. They are thorough, timely, communicate well, and above all really know their pool equipment inside and out.

We had worked with numerous pool cleaner technicians and companies in the past. Our pool was not very clean and sustainable until Jesus started cleaning and maintaining the pool. He is very efficient. He knows what he's doing. His positive attitude will gain your business momentarily. Finally with his meticulous work paying attention to the pool water quality gives us a chance to enjoy the expensive investment. And he cleaned the filter in detail. He is a true hard worker.

We've been using Pools Etc for a couple years now. They have been fantastic! They're really reliable and prompt, they do a great job (our pool is in its best shape ever), and they're always letting us know if there's anything that's needed.

We also had their help ordering and installing a pool cover, which we ended up having issues with, and they went to the BAT for us with the supplier to get a warranty fix from them.

We're very happy with them and highly recommend!
