Tried them twice and both days they never showed up. as scheduled They didn't seem apologetic that we were left without heating for the entire weekend and offered no reason why they didn't turn up. Also, after hours redirects to another HVAC company that has no affiliation to them. Super sketchy. Would not recommend.

My 50 y.o.townhouse had never had a duct cleaning, let alone duct replacement. On a thorough inspection I was shown a tear in a duct in a very dirty attic still covered in asbestos. I decided it was time to do a real cleaning and have all the ducts removed and replaced.
The Air feels cleaner and fresher and my vents dry out the bathrooms in minutes rather than hours. No more toweling down the shower doors either.

Noam and his team did a great job on our attic project. They completed attic cleaning, rodent proofing, new insulation, and duct cleaning in just two days, and the crew worked very efficiently the entire time.

What stood out most was how careful they were about keeping the house clean. Before starting, they taped down floor protection and created a plastic “tunnel” from the entrance to the work area so that dust and debris stayed contained. The work area remained tidy throughout the project.

Overall, the team was organized, fast, and respectful of the home. We appreciated the effort they put into both the quality of the work and keeping everything clean.

I was thoroughly impressed by Noam’s honesty and the qualifications that he had to install my new HVAC ducts and my attic insulation. I met with three HVAC contractors and Noam was the only HVAC contractor who honestly told me that I didn’t need a new furnace, but I needed to remove the asbestos in my attic and get new attic insulation. The other HVAC contractors were not qualified to help me with my attic insulation and one contractor said I had no asbestos, but Noam , who is certified for asbestos removal, said I did have asbestos. I have peace of mind knowing that Noam was honest with me in telling me what I truly needed. His crew also did an excellent job installing my garage roof insulation with a ceiling fan. My garage gets incredibly hot in the summer. I look forward to having a cooler garage and house during the hot summers and a warmer house during the winters. I highly recommend All Bay Insulation & HVAC.
