Appliance Repair reviews in Merced, California

You guys have great products at a great price. But your sign says your open and your not doors are locked. Even on Google it says your open at 6am. If that is the case why are your doors locked still. I would give you 5 stars if you are open when you say your open.

Señor Antonio fixed my parents refrigerator that had stopped working. He went out to there house in Livingston and checked it out. And was fast at figuring out the issue. Told us there was a chance to fix it. Unless otherwise we replace it. So we went ahead with him to fix it. And that he did right away. My parents and I couldn't be happier. He was honest and fixed there fridge right. It's been working like new since. I recommend his services. Him and his wife Laura are awesome people.

They have great service, they'll do their best to help you out with finding what you want to get. I buy most of my mattress and other furniture from their store. And they are very genuinely nice family. It's a family owned business store so it's great knowing them! I can guarantee you can find great and high quality services and also many other things to buy in a good price, depending on what you're getting of course.

I purchased a refrigerator in Oct 2024, and we are already having issues. The fridge leaks and the freezer is building up with a lot of ice. We are just outside of our warranty of three months - when I reached out for help with repairs the owner was very rude saying I was harassing him for asking for assistance. I wish I had read more reviews prior to purchasing - buyer beware.

I went in searching for a functional electric dryer as ours has been out of commission for several months and I had the opportunity to acquire the new one (if it could be found anywhere). That said, when we arrived at the shop we initially could not locate the entrance (rather the actual entrance was locked during business hours) and we're directed to walk through the shop's upkeep and maintenance area (probably not the very safest thing mind you). After several minutes of aimlessly wandering around trying to figure out what exactly we were looking at the woman who was working finally came to ask us about what we were doing there and what we needed (not to assist with whatever we were looking for, but to remind us it was nearly closing time and had we found something to purchase)... We needed an electric dryer but they didn't have one anymore. They just sold it apparently and she said she didn't have any idea if they would have another soon.
Oh but if we wanted to buy an entire set of them ... -A stacking unit that has a washer and dryer then she could sell it to us for 750.... A used one that basically was not even functional nor ready until several days and meant us paying for a washer we didn't need too.
I'm not frequently one for posting stuff that isn't positive but this experience was super disappointing and was not only completely lacking in a solution it bordered upon being cheated or swindled in my opinion... It's hard for me to think that an appliance store wouldn't have the ability to get an electric dryer or have an electric dryer and would only have a combo unit on offer for way more than a used unit should even be. They don't have a warranty, there's no guarantee or return policy that I know of and it's just really bad business in my opinion. I was disappointed and I won't be going back there for anything. The whole thing just seemed really half-hearted and unprofessional and left me feeling as if I was being conned into spending a bunch of money instead of offered to help that I went in there looking for.
At this point I would take a stranger's offer on craigslist before going back in there or trusting their word on things.
Oh yeah as a final thought, they did have a gas dryer. Like I said I needed an electric and not a gas, but when we opened up the gas dryer there was packet of American cheese inside of it. Lord knows why, or how it had not been found but yeah a couple of slices in a baggie of hot melting nasty looking American cheese. Interesting right? -
Always very nice. Suggest they should list there inventory with photos and descriptions which would help the customer and their business. Also hours of operation would be very helpful, I have been there multiple times and there flashing sign says open but doors are ALWAYS locked ( perhaps for security reasons) they are on a very seedy side of the city.

I bought a mattress there paid $25 to have it delivered. I mentioned it to the lady when I bought the mattress about taking it upstairs. She said she’d mention it to the delivery guy he gets here and he flat refuses 25 bucks for delivery and he can’t even take it up the stairs for 60-year-old woman stay away from there at all cost
